The improvement of preschool education quality is closely related to the improvement of preschool teachers' professional ability.With the change of times,kindergarten education has become the object of public concern,and the requirements for preschool teachers have become more stringent.Under the background of teaching and research guidance responsibility area,many scholars have in-depth research on the teaching and research activities to promote teachers' professional development.How to effectively pay attention to the development needs of preschool teachers,the implementation of accurate training activities is an important concern.Menu training is one of the ways to help preschool teachers develop better.Based on the method of Case Study,this Study adopts the methods of literature collection,interview and field observation to Study the menu-based training of teachers in leading kindergartens in the teaching and research guidance responsibility area.Through to the related literature collection and elaboration,this article will focus in the research guide area leading training on the conduct of kindergarten teachers menu type,clarifying the origin and development of kindergarten tap,after detailed leading kindergarten training menu type training preparation,training design,training,implementation,and finally the training summary,to show the reader the menu type training than traditional training has the advantage of and results.At the same time,in the process of organizing menu-based training for teachers,leading kindergartens are easily affected by their own factors,leading kindergartens' own factors and external environmental factors,so there are still some deficiencies in the training.Secondly,the design and arrangement of training is unreasonable.Thirdly,the concept of cultural exchange among teachers is lacking.Fourth,the effect of menu training lacks continuity.In order to further improve the work of menu-type training,the author puts forward the following Suggestions: firstly,cultivate the correct learning concept of preschool teachers,and promote the improvement of core literacy;secondly,establishing and improving the menu-type training mechanism to meet the needs of all teaching staff;thirdly,the superior departments should pay more attention to ensure the smooth progress of menu-type training.
