Influenced by many factors, such as population policy and urbanization process, the scale of basic education in China is gradually expanding. As an important part of basic education and the number of students enrolled in primary schools, urban areas show a rapid growth trend. In addition, the number of young teachers is increasing in the reform of primary school teaching.Young teachers are full of vigor and vitality, but their teaching ability and experience are relatively lacking, which requires primary schools to pay attention to their training and education in the construction of young teachers.Based on the existing research materials, combined with some of their own experience in the training of young teachers, this paper studies the training of young teachers, and proposes a menu-based in-school training model.Document research method was used in the research.Firstly, the background of the research, the basic situation of the second experimental primary school in Yuelu District of Changsha City, the research situation at home and abroad, and the research status at home and abroad were elaborated. It was pointed out that in the current research, although in-school training has become the consensus of many schools,menu-based training has become the main mode. The training mechanism is a blank spot.On this basis, the basic ideas and methods of the research are elaborated, and the innovative points in the research are introduced. This paper introduces some basic concepts related to menu-based school-based training, including school-based training,menu-based school-based training and so on.This paper expounds some theories used in the research, including Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory, humanism theory and so on.Through these theoretical studies,it has laid a good theoretical foundation for the smooth progress of this study.According to the collected treatment, combined with the specific implementation of menu-based in-school training in the Second Experimental Primary School of Yuelu District,Changsha City, and according to the characteristics of school-based training, the framework of menu-based school-based training for young teachers is designed, which is divided into induction period, novice period and familiarity period. On this basis, through questionnaires and analysis of the results, the training needs of young teachers are understood, and the content and direction of menu-based training are clarified.According to the educational and teaching ability of our school, the corresponding curriculum system is designed. The curriculum system is divided into induction curriculum system, novice curriculum system and familiarity curriculum system. In the course system of this period,it mainly includes pre-job adaptation courses for new teachers, supplementary courses for induction psychological groups, teaching and classroom routine courses, and interpretation of new textbooks. In the course system of the new period,it mainly includes the training course for head teachers, the course of interpreting classroom skills and the course of transforming poor students.Familiarity courses mainly include classroom art courses, subject research and writing courses. It can be seen that the curriculum is set up with the improvement of teachers' quality and ability, which is in line with the law of teachers' growth and development. On the basis of the above research, this paper elaborates some specific measures in the implementation of menu-based in-school training, including the implementation of management and organization measures, and the compilation mode of teaching materials in the implementation process.Through the research,I hope to be able to provide some help and inspiration for the school-based training of young teachers in our school, and provide some reference for the construction of young teachers in other schools.
