With the launching of the new curriculum reform, professional development of teachers in early childhood education has become a hot issue. The success of curriculum reform, depends on the degree of specialization of teachers. Inner Mongolia is the Mongolian national gathering place, Mongolian enhance the professional development of kindergarten teachers related to the Mongolian kindergarten curriculum reform carried out successfully, and ethnic minority areas the development of early childhood education. Therefore, the promotion of Mongolian teachers in early childhood education professional development and training to strengthen their cause before the development of early childhood education is particularly important.The kindergarten-based on training are from the School of the training needs of the development, designed to meet the needs of school teachers to start each mode of training is to promote the professional development of teachers in an effective way. Raised from the question, research the value of research ideas and research methods and overview of four aspects, an overview of the Mongolian kindergarten -based on training and professional development of this research study of the origin of the subject. At the same time, this study set out to enrich the training of Mongolian kindergarten-based on training theory and practice of the value, the idea of research literature review, research ideas, summarized in this study and research related to the status quo at home and abroad.The second part is the premise of this study.
