With the launching of the new curriculum reform, professional development of teachers in early childhood education has become a hot issue. The success of curriculum reform, depends on the degree of specialization of teachers. Inner Mongolia is the Mongolian national gathering place, Mongolian enhance the professional development of kindergarten teachers related to the Mongolian kindergarten curriculum reform carried out successfully, and ethnic minority areas the development of early childhood education. Therefore, the promotion of Mongolian teachers in early childhood education professional development and training to strengthen their cause before the development of early childhood education is particularly important.The kindergarten-based on training are from the School of the training needs of the development, designed to meet the needs of school teachers to start each mode of training is to promote the professional development of teachers in an effective way. The kindergarten-based on training concerns the training of teachers in the work of the typical cases encountered in the teaching process or problems in the process of activation of the educational practice that can meet the needs of different motives on the needs of teachers in early childhood education, improve the functional level of child care and education teachers in the professionalization of teaching the quality and effectiveness.In this study, to focus more on the kindergarten-based on training of Mongolian kindergarten ,through investigate to find out the status of the Mongolian kindergarten-based on training ,to discuss the theory and practice of the kindergarten-based on training tactics which can improve professional development of teachers.The full text constitutes from the four parts.The first part is the basis of this study. Raised from the question, research the value of research ideas and research methods and overview of four aspects, an overview of the Mongolian kindergarten -based on training and professional development of this research study of the origin of the subject. At the same time, this study set out to enrich the training of Mongolian kindergarten-based on training theory and practice of the value, the idea of research literature review, research ideas, summarized in this study and research related to the status quo at home and abroad.The second part is the premise of this study. Through explaining the professional development of teachers and kindergarten-based on training, summed up the intrinsic link between professional development of teachers and kindergarten-based on training.The third part is the characteristics of this study. I study the use of literature, scientific research and other survey methods, Mongolian kindergarten part of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region had an in-depth observation, and analysis the overall status of the kindergarten-based on training. This part also provides practice in accordance with Part IV.The fourth part is the bright spot in this study. based on comprehensive analysis of the theoretical basis and the actual status of the two parts ,this part advanced the kindergarten-based training tactics ,showed on effectiveness and target of it .
