In 2017,the central No.1 document proposed to further promote the reform of agricultural supply side,accelerate the cultivation of new momentum of agricultural and rural development.The development of agricultural science and technology is indispensable to the reform of agricultural supply.Agricultural science and technology talent is representing the advanced productive forces,training of agricultural science and technology talent is the only way which must be passed in the development of modern agriculture.Under the background of building a new socialist countryside in china.To push forward the progress of agricultural science and technology is inseparable from the role of talents,training agricultural science and technology talents is an important guarantee for the development of agricultural technology and agricultural economic growth.This paper studies the cultivation of agricultural science and technology talents in Pingjiang County by means of literature research,investigation and interview.Through literature analysis,to explore the specific areas of agricultural science and technology talent and talent cultivation based on the theory analysis of the mechanism of agricultural scientific and technological talents at home and abroad,fully affirmed the positive role of agricultural science and technology talents for the development of rural economy,especially through the comparative study on characteristics and training system in the United States,Japan's agricultural science and technology talents,combined with the current development situation of agricultural area of Pingjiang County,put forward the countermeasure of agricultural science and technology talent cultivation in Pingjiang county.Through practical research,it is found that the cultivation of agricultural science and technology talents in Pingjiang county.The main reasons are weak economic foundation,backward infrastructure,imperfect incentive system and imperfect assessment system.On this basis,the government,universities,personnel three main perspective and put forward three countermeasures: one is the government to increase financial support,targeted poverty reduction,adjust the personnel structure,improve the management system;the two is the perfect curriculum,promote the rural occupation education counterpart school enterprise cooperation;three is their own talents changing ideas,positive innovation,to strengthen the professional practice.
