Research On The Training Mode Of Talents Of Science And Technology Of China’s Higher Agricultural Colleges Of Agriculture

Problems about Agriculture, Ruralareas and Peasantry hindered the development of building of new socialist countryside, and the primary task of higher agricultural institutions is transportation of agricultural science and technology talents for social development in rural areas. So because of the Problems about Agriculture, Ruralareas and Peasantry, higher agricultural institutions take a great responsibility. At present, the talent cultivation mode of higher agricultural institutions in China is developing and it is training a lot of high-level application-oriented talents for the society. But due to various reasons, the talents of agricultural science and technology in agricultural universities in China is far behind the reality needs, this has restricted the development of our national economy and social progress in a certain extent.The research object of this paper is the mode of talent cultivation of Higher Agricultural Universities in China Agriculture. This article from the realistic background of China’s rural social development and higher agricultural education, research literature at home and abroad, and define related concepts. The paper introduces our country higher agricultural education and the current situation of agricultural science and technology personnel training, and has briefly described the connotation and characteristics of the training mode of agricultural talent representative of agricultural colleges and universities, found that China’s agricultural science and technology training pattern existence the main problems. Personnel training is insufficient policy support and capital investment, objectives is not clear, talent training mechanism is not science and teaching method and teaching means a single. The paper analyses the theory and the practice of agricultural science and technology personnel training at home and abroad, study abroad in developed countries such as the United States of America’s agricultural talents training mode and summing up their experience. Through the above research, The paper puts forward some specific countermeasures measures to improve the mode of talent cultivation of Higher Agricultural Universities in China from the aspects, such as personnel training, personnel management and evaluation mechanism, environment of personnel training, characteristic of agricultural colleges and universities, construction of teachers, teaching methods, combining production and research, policy and financial security.
