| In the background of globalization and the multi-ethnic national condition of China,it is significant to carry out ethnic work,maintain national unity and ethnic stability.At present,the disadvantage of the complication and rapidness of information spreading are exploited by both the foreign enemies and enemies of domestic ethnic separation,which speeds up the national separation and disturbs the implement of ethnic unity and education.Ethnic universities play an important role to carry out the implement of the education of ethnic unity.Every ethnic student is not only the reserve forces for the ethnic area,but also for the whole social development.Their acknowledgement of ethnic unity,closeness of ethnic emotions and ethnic will contribute to the stability of social development and the prosperousness of regional culture and economy.This thesis aims to summarize systematically the practice and experience of the implement of the education of ethnic unity in ethnic universities.And then it points out the problems and the reasons of them through literature research method,system analysis method,and multiple-cross analysis.To further,in the perspective of psychology(human beings’ emotion and need hierarchy),it gives practical and detailed countermeasures for ethnic universities.Lastly,this thesis hopes to build an effective method for the implement of the education of ethnic unity.This thesis is consisted of five chapters.Chapter One gives a general introduction of this thesis,including the study purpose,significance,content,method,innovation point and studies of abroad and at home.Chapter Two presents an overview of the content and significance of the education of ethnic unity in ethnic universities.Some concepts are defined,like “ethic”,“ethnic unity”,“education of ethnic unity” and “education of ethnic unity in ethnic universities”.This study praises the significance of the implement of the education of ethnic unity in ethnic universities.And it gives an interpretation of the factors of the education of ethnic unity.Chapter Three offers a summary of the practice and experience of the education of ethnic unity in ethnic university.Chapter Four shows an analysis of the problems in the process of the implement of the education of ethnic unity in ethnic universities from four aspects,environment,the educator,the educated,and internet as well as education objects.Chapter Five provides proposes to strengthen the education of ethnic unity in ethnic universities from theories of human emotions and need hierarchy. |
