In the development and evolution of modern financial markets,banks play an important role from the beginning to the end.It is a financial carrier to different degrees for the country,society and people.Especially after the reform and opening up,under the control of the people's bank of China,state-owned commercial banks,local commercial banks and rural commercial banks have mushroomed in China.But the birth of many banks naturally brings fierce competition and challenges,especially the expanding market share of foreign banks,especially for small and medium-sized commercial banks,which will bring greater impact.In this financial background,banks should pay more attention to human resources in addition to standardizing risks.The competition of rural commercial bank is not limited to the technical level,management system and marketing system,but the fundamental competition is the competition of talents.Talent reserve and personnel quality will be important criteria for the success of enterprises.The most effective way to solve this problem and ensure the healthy development of enterprises is vocational training.This article focuses on the small and medium-sized rural commercial banks,analyzes the vocational education and training of local financial institutions such as rural commercial banks,focusing on a specific rural commercial bank around the core proposition of vocational training of rural commercial bank employees,using questionnaire and other methods,combining with social learning theory,behaviorism theory,structural functionalism theory and other human resources research theories,and finally comes to the current status and existing problems of this rural commercial bank in employee training.There are two main aspects: the simplification of rural commercial banks' training methods and the low awareness of staff training.These are all due to the lack of innovative vocational education and training of rural commercial banks.Methods to solve these problems not only start from the innovative contents and ways of employees' vocational training in agricultural firms,but also need to pay attention to the cultivation of employees' spirit in agricultural firms,so that employees can truly realize the importance of vocational training for their own development and improvement of their own quality from the heart.It is a very important job to carry out vocational training for employees.This is related to many aspects,such as the cultural development of enterprises and the promotion of employee loyalty.I hope these rationalization proposals in this paper can have positive effects on the development of rural commercial banks,and more specific content can be reflected in this paper.
