Research On The Involvement Of Group Work In Job Burnout Of Commercial Bank Employees

With the opening and development of market economy,the financial industry has also been liberalized,and the competition among industries has become more and more fierce.As the nature of banking work is emotional labor,coupled with the long-term high load of work,the problem of occupational burnout of banking practitioners is also widely concerned,so it is particularly necessary to improve the problem of occupational burnout of practitioners.In this paper,G bank practitioners in gansu province are taken as the research object.Based on the data obtained from the actual investigation,the situation of job burnout in the banking industry is collected and summarized through the combination of questionnaire survey and case interview,and the influence of social workers' intervention on job burnout and emotional labor is discussed in depth.Based on the analysis of the problems and needs of the clients,the group work mode of rational emotional therapy is adopted to formulate specific goals and plans.Through the implementation of the plans,the occupational burnout of the clients is corrected.Finally,the process and results of the group service are evaluated and reflected.The conclusion is that the group work method is suitable for improving the job burnout of bankers,and the job burnout of service objects is alleviated to some extent in daily work enthusiasm and enthusiasm.However,as all the processes in this study are only targeted at the workers of XX branch of bank G,and the group activity cycle is short,the research results have certain limitations and unsustainability in subject selection.
