Dating back to the early 90 s,The commercial bank institution established in our country is independent.This is a major reform,Prior to the bank belongs to the state monopoly of the industry,There is no pressure on the industry competition.Now,With the opening and development of market economy,The financial sector is fully open,Increasingly fierce market competition.Meanwhile,The job burnout of bank practitioners is also widely concerned,Some workers work more than 10 hours a day,And the bank's work has a certain particularity,Most of the time in a state of high tension.In particular,the bank grassroots jobs-counter employee,Not only to communicate with all kinds of customers,During this period there will be a certain degree of pressure,And there's pressure from work tasks and so on.in addition,Because of the nature of the work belongs to emotional labor,Coupled with the long-term high load work,Job burnout,The problem of too much pressure is very common.According to incomplete statistics,At present,the problem of job burnout of bank tellers is as high as 86.78%This problem has affected the normal life of the workers to some extent.This research is based on the combination of group work and questionnaire,Collect and summarize the job burnout in the banking industry,The influence of social worker intervention on job burnout and emotional labor is discussed.First of all,this study investigated the current situation and influencing factors of G bank teller job burnout by questionnaire survey,Survey results:Diploma,gender and age did not affect job burnout,There was significant correlation between organizational factors and emotional labor and job burnout.say concretely,There was a negative correlation between organizational support and job autonomy and job burnout,Higher organizational support,The higher autonomy,The lower the degree of job burnout,There was no significant correlation between surface behavior and low sense of achievement,But there was a significant positive correlation with emotional exhaustion,There was a significant negative correlation between deep behavior and job burnout.In order to effectively alleviate the job burnout,In this paper,the social practice activities.This activity is divided into three phases:Anonymous card fill,you ask me to answer,you draw I guess.To solve the problem of bank teller job burnout throughgroup activities,Analysis of the influence of social work intervention on emotional labor and job burnout.Group activities rely mainly on the theory of ABC rational emotion,Mainly through activities to make the team more clearly understand the job burnout,And know how to adjust their mood,In order to reduce the bank teller job burnout.The results from the test before and after the exercise can be seen to reduce the problem of job burnout.Finally,the author analyzes the data,As well as the implementation of the group activities are fully proved that the method and theory of corporate social work plays an important role in solving the problem of bank teller job burnout.Because the questionnaire issued only for G bank teller,Group activity cycle is short,Less times,Results are not necessarily durable and have certain limitations.
