With the development of social economy and the consciousness of equality between men and women,professional women will increase gradually.Married women are the main builder of family life since ancient times.In the era of planned economy,the significant livelihood of the people are arranged into national,although women bear the double burden of work and family,but the work-family conflict is not obvious;Since China's reform and opening up,with the development of market economy,family gradually separated from the national macroscopic management,and connected with the market.Professional women's work-family conflict increases,some married women even give up their jobs,full-time care of children and families.In a real environment,professional women looking for work-family conflict solution,is a concern.There have been many scholars researched work-family conflict from different industry and different perspective.Social work is a subject focusing on practice;it has its unique value concept and working methods.It emphasis on people's ability and believes that people have the potential to change.Based on the social gender theory,this study takes a professional women facing work-family conflict as an example for case analysis,and uses the method of telephone interviews,face-to-face interviews and observation.Because of the work,the client neglect the child's family education,it caused the parent-child relationship is tense and the client was anxiety.At the same time the relationship between the client and her husband is tense,too.During the two month of case work,combined the methods of structural family therapy and Rational-emotive therapy and the psychological,the author help the client to change.According to the service evaluation,feedback of the client and self-evaluation of the author,the client has improvements to a certain extent and the case work also realizes part of goals.From the results of this case work practice research,the combination of structural f amily therapy and rational emotional therapy used for professional women's work-famil y conflict intervention can improve emotions and parent-child relationship of client,b ut it need to be further strengthened in the development of the relationship.The author h ope that the defects of this research will be improved in the later case social work,so a s to ease the work-family conflict of professional women.
