Since the 1990 s,private colleges have sprung up.After 20 years of development,many higher vocational colleges have made progress in a rapid way.Some colleges which have their own characteristics become the model of education field.While there are many problems in such colleges,especially in the standardization of the recruitment,employment,it makes a lot of obstacles to the training goal,especially in easy-in,harsh-out.In view of this,the author,as a management personnel in higher vocational colleges,will study these questions systematically with his work experiences and professional advantages in marketing.With the progress of science and technology in China and the rapid development of social economy,the private higher vocational colleges have been making a creative development strategy according to market demand,deepening the reform of education mode and establishing vocational colleges with competitive majors and regional characteristics so as to satisfy the needs of social and economic development.To promote the development of the vocational education healthily,effectively and sustainably,the private higher vocational colleges play an important role in improving the quality of the talents of higher vocational education.Therefore,exploring and making a research on the recruitment and employment of students has theoretical and practical significance.The essay first made a deep and clear analysis of the private colleges for higher technical education,the private higher vocational colleges and the differences between private colleges and their counterparts.what's more,we try to make an analysis on the STP and SWOP marketing strategies.In addition,the essay has made a SWOT analysis towards the strategic plan about private colleges for higher technical education.Conclusions have been that private colleges should take different strategies in terms of its target-markets and be in relation to graduates from which they will cultivate,.It requires that based on the purpose of increasing its graduates' employment rate,private colleges for higher technical education should improve their internal management,make changes in admission market in accordance with social development,strengthen the students' practice ability,innovate education methods,promote new the relations between school and companies to increase employment rate.Lastly,we also have a detailed analysis on the situations and the morals on taking those strategic plans.We try to improve the employment rate of college graduates for higher technical education,to develop the industrial economy,and to realize a normal and stable development of college education for higher technical education.Wish that this essay will be of help and assistance to administrators,enrollment officials of Shandong XH University based on which the research has been made,what's more,hoping that it will also acts as the role of guidance and assistance to other functional departments of other schools and colleges of Shandong XH University,or even to the counterparts.Wish a better future for the enrollment of private colleges and Universities with the guidance of employment and by applying the appropriate service marketing strategies.
