As China’s reform and opening up process, Chinese private higher education has also been a rapid and vigorous development, after 20 years of development, especially in recent years, the rapid development of private higher education has been significant progress from the educational quality and size, Private higher education has become an important part of China’s higher education, and higher education in China gradually diversified into a new pattern of development,but they also faced many challenges.This paper takes the Hebei institute of media as the research object, firstly introduces enrollment status and existing problems of the institute, then analyses the macro environment, internal environment, the whole industry environment of Hebei institute of media, on this basis, using the SWOT analysis method analyze the subject, and finally put forward the improvement Suggestions such as improve service, strengthen the link with the parents of the students etc, and put forward three guarantee measures from the enrollment system, admissions officers and organizational culture, we hope this research can be beneficial to improve the enrollment of hebei institute of media work.This paper analyses Hebei institute of media recruit work through the empirical research method in detailed, hope this research can put forward the method to promote the enrollment admissions through the introduction of market competition mechanism, the market marketing idea and implementation, and provide reference for other Chinese private colleges enrollment works. We also hope this research bring good reference and some to the private higher education in China.
