Hebei Province,as one of the third batch of 8 provinces(municipalities directly under the central government)that has started comprehensive reform of senior high schools,has implemented comprehensive reform of college entrance examination since the first-year students of senior high schools who entered in the autumn of 2018.The reform of the college entrance examination will be carried out in terms of examination subjects,examination forms and admission system.Ideological and political education subjects meet challenges and opportunities in the 3+1+2 system of selecting subjects and taking classes.Based on the investigation of students and teachers in county-level high schools,the author further understands the current situation of ideological and political subject selection,classroom teaching and comprehensive quality evaluation,and analyzes the problems in ideological and political subject teaching under the background of subject selection,so as to discuss how county-level high schools in Hebei province can better carry out ideological and political subject teaching under the background of subject selection and class selection.This research is based on the new college entrance examination reform,and mainly adopts the methods of questionnaire,personal interviews and statistical analysis to investigate W and Z county-level high schools that implement shift teaching under the new college entrance examination reform.The main body of the paper is divided into four parts: The first part is the interpretation of the new college entrance examination policy,the system of choosing subjects and taking classes,and the ideological and political courses in senior high schools.Firstly,the actual changes brought about by the new college entrance examination reform are expounded from three aspects: the college entrance examination mode,the academic level examination of ordinary high schools and the comprehensive quality evaluation of ordinary high school students.Secondly,it defines and analyzes the characteristics of the system of selecting subjects and taking classes,and makes a simple classification.Finally,it discusses the changes in teaching time,teaching contents,teaching methods and comprehensive quality evaluationof the new ideological and political curriculum in senior high schools.The second part is about the investigation of the influence of shift system on the ideological and political courses in county-level high schools.The representative W and Z high schools are selected to obtain data through questionnaires and interviews with teachers.Various forms are established to compare and analyze the data from four aspects: the reasons and motivations of students' choice of ideological and political subjects,changes in external learning environment,satisfaction with hierarchical teaching and new expectations for teachers and schools.Key words are sorted out from interviews with teachers and school management.Finally,information feedback from students,teachers and schools is obtained.The third part discusses the difficulties encountered by the ideological and political discipline in class teaching from the perspectives of teachers,students and schools of the two high schools based on the data content.The fourth part,which is also the focus of this article,is to discuss how to solve the dilemma of ideological and political teaching in county-level high schools in Hebei Province.Starting from students,teachers and schools,it elaborates specific measures to develop effective the premise of combining the actual situation of schools.Teachers-centered solutions are mainly discussed from the perspectives of innovative curriculum design,enrichment of new teaching materials,practice of hierarchical teaching,diversification of roles and effective teaching.Students' solutions are elaborated from the perspectives of exerting their main role,seeking help from peer groups,helping each other in classes and changing their own ideas.From the standpoint of the school,the discussion is centered on four aspects: teacher control,sharing of teaching resources,building of learning platform and hierarchical management.Due to the limited time,energy and personal ability,there is still a lack of specific teaching experience,and it is still necessary to further verify the feasibility and practicability of implementing the suggestions on ideological and political education in the class.I will strive to obtain more valuable scientific research results in my future study and work.
