With the popularization and application of information technology in the field of vocational education and the rapid development speed,information-based teaching has become one of the important fields of economic and social informatization in various countries and regions of the world.According to the National Outline of Medium and Long Term Educational Reform and Development Plan and the Ministry of Education's requirement of publishing the Standards for Setting up Secondary Vocational Schools,the establishment of information standardization secondary vocational schools has become the primary task of Shenyang S School.Information-based teaching management directly affects the quality of school teaching,and indirectly determines the intellectual awareness of personnel training.At present,there are some problems in Shenyang S secondary vocational school,such as the bottleneck of school teaching development,the increasing demand for diversified training methods,and the over-traditional teaching management mode.By using the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey,in-depth interview and statistical analysis,through the questionnaire survey and face-to-face interview of information-based teaching management in Shenyang S Secondary Vocational School,this paper understands the objective evaluation of current school information-based teaching management level by teachers and students,and educates teachers and students in learning.According to scientific and effective research,the basic reasons for these problems are found out.At present,there are some problems in school informatization teaching,such as insufficient hardware,low level of teacher training,slow progress of informatization construction,lack of professional instructors and so on.Through studying the present situation of school informationization teaching management and discussing the existing problems,according to the actual situation faced by the school,this paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures,that is,strengthening the scientific equipping ability of teaching equipment,implementing the comprehensive promotion of multi-departments,managing and building a multi-channel learning platform,so as to make Shenyang S secondary vocational school become a multi-channel learning platform.For the same type of schools can learn from the typical cases,to promote its effective experience.At present,the school is making use of the special funds allocated by higher departments to build standardized informationized schools at the request of the Education Committee.Through extensive collection of theories,meticulous investigation of schools,scientific analysis of results and targeted countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the school to build informationized schools.Good theoretical basis provides practical and effective methods for teaching management after construction,provides typical cases for public management departments,and realizes the significance of public management.
