When emphasizing the soft power of the country,General Secretary Jinping Xi proposed the establishment of a high degree of cultural self-awareness and cultural self-confidence.Cultural self-confidence is a full affirmation and positive practice of their own cultural value,and holds a firm confidence in its cultural vitality.In order to explore the local educational practice and inherit the native educational thought,the author begins this research.Xin Zhou is an educational doer who has been charging in education in the 20th century,and has made indelible contribution to the development of Chinese education.The purpose of this study is to explore the core part of Xin Zhou's education thought-the mass education thought,and to present the characteristics and contemporary value of Xin Zhou's mass education thought from three aspects:the theory,the implementation and the cultivation of talents.This research mainly uses the literature research method and the interview method,to presents the characteristics and contemporary value of Xin Zhou mass education thought.The basic framework and contents of this paper are as follows:The first part is the introduction,which describes the origin,purpose and significance of the research,research summary and research methods.The second part is the second chapter,which combs the origin of Xin Zhou's educational life and the formation of the educational thought.The third part includes the third chapter,the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter,focusing on the analysis of Xin Zhou's thought of mass education,which is the core of this paper,mainly from the aspects of mass education theory,implementation and professional talent training.In the theory of mass education,the connotation of mass education is defined,and the political,economic and cultural tasks of mass education are analyzed.In the implementation of mass education,this paper mainly expounds the academic system of mass education and introduces three important institutions of mass education.In the aspect of cultivating the professional talents of the mass education,this paper mainly describes the portraits of the professionals of the mass education,and discusses how to train the professional talents of the mass education from the aspects of curriculum arrangement and other ways of training and so onThe fourth part is the sixth chapter,which is the discovery and reflection of this study.The author analyzes the characteristics of Xin Zhou's mass education thoughts from the angle of view of big education,and expounds them from the angles of longitudinal,horizontal,content,form and patriotism throughout.From the theoretical value of his thought and the practical value of practicing life-long education,this paper sums up the contemporary value of Xin Zhou's thought of mass education.It is expounded from the aspects of nationality,science and life-long education,institutions and professionals.Finally,it is the reflection and prospect of this research processIn short,through the above content to show the reader Xin Zhou's mass education thought,hope more people can see the past people education ancestors in the implementation of mass education efforts and thinking,so as to obtain more strength and enlightenment.
