China is famous for her "ancient civilization", "Nation of the etiquette", with which our country has always attached importance to the excellent tradition of education. It was up for the Xia and Shang Dynasty, on the basis of the traditional education of the two generations, Xi zhou formated a more comprehensive and unique official education system. At the same time, it was the first private school education of our country, found private education model that impacted on our country for thousands of years, it was a milestone in the history of Chinese education.Therefore, an in-depth study on the ancient Chinese education is very important. Education was a important performance of the political system, it had a great help to understand the political situation and social customsat that time. Therefore, from the ancient period to today, there were many people to study the education in the Zhou Dynasty, especially since modern period, the scholars to study it can be described "voluminous". There are many penetrating view, such as "History of Education in China"of Huang shaoji, "General History of Chinese Education"of Mao lirui and Shen guanqun, "The Thinking History of Chinese Education"of Sun peiqing, "General History of Chinese Education System"Volume I of Yu qiding and Shi kecan, and so on, They discussed the education in the Zhou Dynasty from the different view. In view of the academic study, this thesis solved two main problems on basis of previous scholars: the first is the educational situation through the introduction of the Zhou Dynasty, arrange from the "official study" to "private school"in the Zhou Dynasty and pointed out that the different points of the two on the objects, educational process,educational results. Second is combining the Zhou education and the scholars, trying to study the impaction that the change of the education in Zhou Dynasty to the scholars, in order to explore the intrinsic link between the two. For the above considerations, it could be divided into two periods for the late Spring and Autumn period, the main teaching units was the government's official study in the erlier period, the main teaching units was zhuzi private study in the later period. Because of the difference in nature, teaching content and objectives, sothey cultivate the different scholars. This article focuses on the change of the education in Zhou Dynasty, and its impactrion on scholars. This article is divided into three majority, the first part is mainly from the educational institutions,students,teachers,educational content and educational objection to discuss the government's official study of the Xi zhou Dynasty,pre-Spring and Autumn in detail, the second part is mainly from the above fiveaspects to discuss the late Spring and Autumn Warring States period in detail——the private schooleducation. Through the study of official education and private school education, compare their difference, to analyze and come to the development of education. The third part is focused on the impact of the change of education in the Zhou Dynasty. The scholars were in the bottom in Xi zhou Dynasty, they had certain rights and obligations. By the Warring period, who changed a lot, they had basically become a class concept and gradually closer to China's future generations of intellectuals in this period. The changes of Zhou's education to scholars have an important impact: the expansion of the class of the scholars, to some extent, changed the outlook of these people entering political stratum, and the growth of the intellectuals.
