The National Legal Profession Qualification Examination(hereinafter referred to as “the Legal Exam”)is known as “The hardest exam in the world”.For those who want to pursue a legal career,the Legal Exam is a stepping stone for their personal career's development.It is a basic skill test for legal practice.but also,a selective test for law students after higher education.The examination's content is independent of the curriculum content of higher education.Therefore,whether it is a student at school or an in-service applicant after graduation,the training,counseling and learning tasks before the exam are mainly undertaken by the social legal exam education and training institutions.This thesis is aimed at the current situation that the training institutions' teaching and training mode is primarily open face-to face classes and supplementarily hold free public lectures on the Internet.This thesis specifies the advantages of E-Learning in the field of legal education and training and the necessity of introduction.With the competition and development of various training institutions in recent years,although the major institutions have the prototype of E-Learning,the development of E-Learning is still in a disorderly state.On the one hand,training institutions emulate each other's teaching models,and never plan their E-Learning applications based on their own needs.This is called “lack of planning”.On the other hand,no training institution has designed a complete E-Learning application to implement it,which is the problem of “lack of design”.In this thesis,the two problems of “lack of planning” and “lack of design” are divided into the planning stage and the design stage.In the planning stage,the institution's E-Learning plan is presented through the overall application architecture,value model and maturity model.In the design stage of the program,the learning management system is the core,a variety of learning content is the emphasis on designs.The application program was tested and implemented in two large training institutions.After evaluating 329 students and 4 institutions,the conclusions showed that the expected results were achieved and the value of the E-Learning application was realized.At the end of this thesis,based to the research results,the idea of optimization is put forward.Combined with the development trend of a new generation educational technology,the thesis explores some cutting-edge technologies suitable for the field of legal education and training.
