In present situation, more and more parents send their children to privateeducational institutions to study in order to enhance student achievement, especiallyduring the winter and summer vacations. It is necessary for most students to attendvacation classes. There are many kinds of training classes everywhere. The primaryissues for the educational institutions are how to win the competition from all theeducational institutions and how to maximize cutting the operating costs. Theinnovation and development of management mode are conducive to reduce theoperating costs and to increase the institution competition ability. In this paper, anovel enterprise management mode has been designed, taking Y training institution asan example, by using literature research method, method of questionnaire survey andthe interview, case analysis method and PEST analysis method. The key point is theinnovation of the student information management, admissions consultingmanagement, financial and charge management, teaching and curriculummanagement, teacher management and other business management. Conclusions ofthis paper are as following:The systematic management mode of the Y training institution has beenestablished with the continuative introduction of the size and teachers, educationpatterns and characteristics, novel teaching method. The construction of the Y traininginstitution consist of system design target (including all-sided trainees records andintention clue, intelligentized course arrangement system, perfect financialmanagement functions, automatic teacher performance statistics, comprehensivestatistical analysis, effective supervisory mechanism), system overall structure(including developing procedure and overall structure) and system functionintroduction (including admissions consulting management, trainees management,financial center management, charge management, materials management, classesopening management, curriculum arrangement, teaching management, teachermanagement, course management, statistic analysis and system advantage).The practical analyses of the Y training institution system management, theoverview of the experimental objective, experimental subject, experimental processand experimental method, and the strategy of performance evaluation by usingquestionnaire survey test pattern show the results as follows. To students and parents, the Y training institution system management mode helps trainees to arouse theenthusiasm of studying and to promote their comprehensive quality. To teachers ofthe institution, it helps teachers to arouse their enthusiasm of teaching and to promotetheir comprehensive quality. The students’ feedbacks are as follows. A moreparticipatory decision of the Y training institution system management mode shouldbe made. The target setting should be more feasible. The management of the goalachievement should be implemented step by step. The management should be morecomprehensive and more focused. The practice completion status of the Y traininginstitution system management mode should be fed back more quickly.
