In recent years,to cope with the changes in education market,H College have been working in exploration of the construction of project tasks.Due to lack of experience and motivation in project construction,there arose many problems in the early process of major project construction,such as employee slacking.H College encountered many management crises,mainly personnel motivation management crisis due to these basic problems unsolved,coupled with the evaluation of degree,undergraduate course assessment,model vocational school construction.The management crisis led to a lot of negative effects on H college,which has not been solved well.Therefore,in the process of implementation of multi-project tasks,it has become an important issue to design a set of staff motivation schemes,strengthen the management of multi-project tasks and make each project task achieve its goal.The paper learned from the advanced concept of the modern enterprise multi-project task management and incentive management,analyzed the existing multi-project tasks motivation,found the problems,in order to find more effective solutions.The papers introduced the basic situation of the multi-project tasks in H college,and analyzed the employee motivation under the multi-project tasks status;Based on the status quo,this paper put forward the building of staff incentive scheme under employee motivation for H college;Finally,it proposed the safeguard measures of the implementation of staff incentive schemes under the multi-project tasks.The paper integrated closely the motivation with the actual situation of the construction of the multi-project tasks,constructed the incentive countermeasures of the development of H college itself,established a comprehensive,complete multi-project tasks incentive mechanism to make more project tasks overcome disadvantages and achieve its goal efficiently.This is the main innovation of the paper.The construction of multi-project tasks in H college faces many opportunities today,this research has very strong realistic guiding significance.
