In the development of the education and training industry,if we want to improve its market competitiveness,we must first establish a complete salary incentive system.A sound salary incentive system can further improve the quality and level of the teaching staff,and inspire teachers to be more proactive in their work,which is particularly important for the development of the education and training industry.The M training institution has been expanding in scale in the process of development.Due to its chain business model,the training institution has established many branch schools in various places.Under this circumstance,the continuous expansion of the scale of operations will inevitably lead to the continuous growth of income,and at the same time,there will be certain problems with employees’ satisfaction with the company’s salary status.When employees are less satisfied with the salary of the training institution,the problem of rising turnover rate will arise.Therefore,in this case,M training institutions need to take certain measures to further retain outstanding talents,which has become the primary task in the development of the institution.In this process,based on the development status of the M training institution,this article conducted corresponding questionnaire surveys and interviews with the employees and teachers of the institution,and evaluated the current employees’ satisfaction with the salary system of the training institution.This article collected a total of 133 valid questionnaires and conducted interviews with city teachers in the institution.According to the survey results,this article analyzes the development status of the employee compensation system of the training institution,summarizes the current problems in the system,and further proposes corresponding measures based on the analysis of the causes.According to the research in this article,we have discussed the current problems in the employee compensation system of M training institutions.The specific problems mainly include the following aspects:employee compensation is lower than the industry as a whole,no perfect incentive mechanism has been established,The salary and welfare system adopted is relatively simple and so on.These problems have had a certain negative impact on the development of the training institution.In the process of research,this article analyzes the specific issues and makes specific suggestions.For example,in the future development,it is necessary to further improve the employee’s salary satisfaction,establish a complete salary incentive system,and increase the employee’s sense of identity.And a sense of belonging.The main purpose of this research is to provide corresponding salary incentive plans for training schools and related fields,and through effective measures to improve teachers’ enthusiasm for work,further enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises in market competition,and provide sufficient for the development of enterprises Power.
