| With the advent of economic globalization and the post pandemic era,China’s reform has entered a deep development zone.As the backbone of China’s economic development,state-owned enterprises play an important role in the economic recovery and development in the post pandemic era.In the past,due to long-term economic system protection and policy tilt,there were some inherent problems in the human resource management of state-owned enterprises.In the process of human resource management,there were various phenomena such as aging incentive mechanisms and imperfect incentive systems,resulting in a lack of initiative and work enthusiasm among employees,reduced efficiency,and talent loss,which affected the sustainable development of enterprises.F Company is a state-owned human resource management company established earlier by Chongqing,which plays an important role in promoting and supporting the construction and development of human resources in Chongqing City.However,with the diversified development of human resources in the market,F Company has encountered problems such as insufficient sustainability of its main business development,relatively low proportion of high-end business,low competitiveness of core business,and a large proportion of traditional business.Through investigation,it was found that the root cause of these problems in Company F lies in the imperfect talent incentive mechanism under operational management.Developing an effective incentive management mechanism can effectively mobilize enthusiasm and drive the optimization of the operational management system.Based on this,this article studies its applicability in F Company from the perspective of point based management,in order to optimize the development of F Company’s human resources.This article comprehensively uses literature analysis,case study,and field investigation methods to gain a deeper understanding of the basic situation of Company F and the problems in employee motivation.The problems include incomplete promotion mechanisms,formalized incentive and assessment systems,incomplete assessment indicators,and insufficient participation in motivation;In response to the above issues,this article first analyzes the feasibility of applying the point based management in Company F,then designs a point based management method that matches Company F,and finally supplements it with detailed security measures to enhance the application of point based management. |
