With the development of the concept of rights and human rights in the world,the subject of human rights has become more and more universal,and while the rights of children are emphasized,the educational rights of parents have gradually attracted attention from all walks of life.As the core stakeholders of kindergarten education,parents clearly clarify their rights and responsibilities in kindergarten education,which is an important factor in improving the quality of kindergarten cooperative education.Constructing the model and implementation mechanism of parents' participation in kindergarten education will help accelerate the smooth development of kindergarten education management system as well as allow efficient management of kindergartens and schools.Based on relevant literature and interviews at home and abroad,this study sorts out the content and characteristics of parents' participation in kindergarten education rights.On this basis,the investigation and research method is used to explore the status quo of parents' participation in kindergarten education rights,analyze its influencing factors,and combine relevant theories to explore strategies to effectively promote parents' participation in kindergarten education rights.The research is divided into the following five parts:The first part,the question is raised.Based on the collation and analysis of existing research data,the research content and research problems are established,and the research ideas and processes are designed on this basis.The second part is the characteristics and content of parents' participation in kindergarten education rights.This part combines relevant literature,national bills and field research,mainly analyzes the characteristics and nature of parents' participation in kindergarten education rights,and analyzes the content of parents' participation in education rights,education right to know,education choice and education decision-making.The third part is the research on the status quo of parents' participation in kindergarten education rights.Through the descriptive analysis of the questionnaire,the specific situation and differences of parents' participation in the exercise of kindergarten education rights are presented,and the interview status is used to explore the current status of the exercise of the four rights.The fourth part is about the problems and influencing factors of parents' participation in the exercise of kindergarten education rights.This part mainly analyzes the main problems of parents' right to participate in kindergarten education rights,and analyzes the influencing factors from the perspectives of society,kindergarten,teachers and parents.In the fifth part,parents participate in the kindergarten education rights protection strategy.According to the content,characteristics and existing problems of parents' participation in kindergarten education rights,this study puts forward effective strategies to ensure parents' participation in kindergarten education rights from the perspectives of participation consciousness,participation role,participation level and parental rights protection.
