With the development of China's education for the disabled,more and more disabled students are entering schools for education.Uphold the people-oriented concept,through the continuous promotion and publicity of sports activities for the disabled,so that more disabled people can have the opportunity to accept and really participate in it,in order to enhance the physical fitness of the disabled,and guide them to return to life.In this paper,using the method of literature method and history method,from the perspective of history,with the help of historiography method supplemented by a large number of documents for your reference,combing the historical process of physical education for the disabled in China:First,before the founding of budding stage(1840-1948): before the founding of the people,there are very few in our country to open a school for the disabled.With the continuous development of education for the disabled,disabled school launch a series of sports activities,they appear as laid a foundation for the rise and development of Chinese sports for the disabled.Second,since the founding of new China started in the early stage(1949-1965): with the care of the Chinese government and the help of enthusiasts from all walks of life,education for the disabled in our country obtained great development in the short term,on physical education for the disabled people had certain understanding and the understanding,but for the disabled sports teachers' professional training made no mention of the agenda.Third,the "cultural revolution" period of stagnation stage(1966-1976): during the "cultural revolution",the disabled sports education greatly affected,almost in a state of stagnation of comprehensive.Fourth,development stage after reform and opening up(1977-present): with the wind of reform and opening up,China's physical education for the disabled has developed rapidly,which can be roughly divided into sailing stage(1977-2000),rapid growth stage(2001-2006),and optimization and transformation stage(2007-present).From the historical point of view the development of career of our country sports education for the disabled,in view of the development of the existing problems of physical education for the disabled in China,after analysis found that basically has the following several aspects: 1.The course construction: since be barbary tong wen guan school sports for the disabled in our country course almost blank stage for a long time,people on the call desultorily,complicated course objectives and hard to achieve,etc.;2.Teacher development: there are few enrollment colleges and universities,insufficient students,some graduates are not willing to continue their professional work,the professional structure of on-the-job teachers is chaotic,the degree of specialization is not high,and the teachers are seriously insufficient;3.Legal system construction: there are problems such as low content quality,low level and lack of coercive force,lax law enforcement and formalism.To solve these problems or deficiencies,the paper put forward the corresponding Suggestions: one,the course construction: to strengthen the course construction,disabled students get involved,develop their consciousness and habit of lifetime sports,need: 1.Clear disabled sports course name;2.Develop appropriate course objectives and teaching objectives;3.Enrich physical education teaching content.Two,teacher development: disabled students because of the shortage of their own innate or acquired,in addition to have good professional knowledge and professional skill,also need to PE teachers and with other skills,such as blind language,sign language,disabled students rehabilitation,special children's pathology,etc.),so you can start from the following points: 1.The theory and the combination of skills,promote the professional development,strict controls of teacher quality;2.Improve the cultural literacy of physical education teachers in schools for the disabled;3.Improve the training system and take the road of integrated development.Three,legal system construction: in order to further improve the quality of physical education for the disabled in our country related laws and regulations,strengthen the school sports legal system construction for the disabled,need: 1.To strengthen and improve disabled school sports legal system construction;2.Strengthen the legal literacy of school sports workers for the disabled;3.Strengthen the publicity of sports laws and regulations of schools for the disabled;4.Improve the legal supervision mechanism of school physical education for the disabled.
