The proposal of a new round of curriculum reform makes primary and secondary school teachers' professional competence more and more important.The essence of teachers is their knowledge structure,and tacit knowledge plays a very important role in the knowledge structure of teachers.Therefore,it can be seen that tacit knowledge have a great significance to the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers.Expert teachers gradually formed a lot of skills of tacit knowledge in teaching activities for many years.Tacit knowledge expression is conducive to improving teachers' own ability,promoting the professional growth of the novice teachers,and enhancing the overall innovation ability and core competitiveness of the school.Taking expert teachers of primary and secondary school as the research object,this paper analyzes the influence factors of skill tacit knowledge presentation,and visualizing and quantifying the relationship and impact strength between factors.The purpose is to determine the key influence factor,so as to better promoting the expression of expert teachers' tacit knowledge.The paper is divided into five parts:The first part summarizes the background,literature review,research problems,research significance,research methods and organizational structure of the paper.The second part discusses the theoretical support and basic conception of tacit knowledge expression,and discusses the basic ideas of the expression of teachers' tacit knowledge,and systematically discusses the ways of the expression of teachers' tacit knowledge.The third and fourth parts are the core parts of this paper.This part regards the expression of teachers' skill tacit knowledge as a process,divides the influence factors of skill tacit knowledge expression into three categories: knowledge,personality and environment,and analyzes the specific indicators involved in each category in detail,and obtains seven secondary indicators in total.After that,the fuzzy cognitive map is drawn by the method of expert investigation,and the influence relationship types and impact strength between the first-level index and the second-level index are analyzed.The fifth part summarizes the main work of this paper,puts forward the shortcomings,and look forward to the follow-up research.
