Teacher efficacy refers to the perception and belief of teachers' ability to effectively complete teaching activities and achieve teaching goals in teaching.Whether a teacher gives students positive influence and effective education refers to personal teaching efficacy.In this paper,biology teachers in Anping county of Hebei Province were investigated by using“Educational Effectiveness Scale” compiled by Yu Guoliang an authoritative person in china.and other self-edited interview outlines.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The general teaching efficacy,individual teaching efficacy and overall teaching efficacy of middle school biology teachers in Anping County are at a relatively high level.(2)For the teaching efficacy of different genders,the general teaching efficacy of female teachers is significantly higher than that of male teachers'.There is no significant difference in personal teaching efficacy and overall teaching efficacy.(3)There was no significant difference in the teaching efficacy between the middle school students with different academic qualifications(p >0.05).(4)There is a significant difference in the sense of teaching efficacy in different positions.The general teaching efficacy,individual teaching efficacy and the overall teaching efficacy of the biology teacher.(5)The difference in the teaching age of the biology teachers in this county varies greatly in the age of teaching age.Teachers with a teaching age of 1 to 5 years are higher than teachers of other teaching ages.In general,the general teaching efficacy of this teaching period is 1~5 years,and the general teaching efficacy is generally high.(6)Inthe current research survey,the bioteachers had a significant difference(p<0.05)in this dimension in general teaching efficacy(F=4.100,p=0.021).The average value of general teaching efficacy(M=42.55)and overall teaching efficacy(M=105.36)of junior professional titles is significantly hiager than that of biological teachers with higher professional titles above intermediate titles.(7)Biology teachers of different ages had(p<0.05)in general teaching efficacy(F=4.133,p=0.020).Based on the findings of the survey:(1)Address the impact of burnout.(2)Pay attention to the effectiveness of training.(3)Establish corresponding incentive mechanisms to create a harmonious working environment.(4)Pay attention to the new teacher education internship and pre-employment internship.(5)Strengthening post-employment education for biology teachers.
