Study On Accurate Cultivation Of New-type Professional Farmers In County Area

General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in the Party's Nineteenth National report that at present the main social contradictions in our country have been transformed into the contradiction between the people's ever-growing needs for a better life and unbalanced and uneven development.Under the new situation,the major contradictions in agriculture in China have changed and turned from from quantitative issues to structural ones.Therefore,under the background of the strategy of rural revitalization,promoting structural reforms on the agricultural,and resolving existing agricultural contradictions have become the necessary path.Agricultural development and the structural reform of agriculture require a large number of new-type professional farmers.Therefore,the accurate cultivation of new-type professional farmers is particularly important.Precise cultivation of new-type professional farmers in counties refers to cultivation of objects,content and teaching methods that need to be accurately cultivated,and adhere to the principles of teaching students according to their aptitude,teaching according to local conditions,and teaching according to production.In this paper,the Z County in the middle of the national commercial grain base county and the province's pilot county for agricultural industrialization is taken as an example to analyze the status,existing problems,and causes of the new-type professional farmers in the county.To analyze the current situation and the problem of the new breed of professional farmers in the county,and tries to put forward the thought and prospect of the precise cultivation of the county professional farmers on the basis of in-depth thinking.In order to promote the vocational education and skills training for farmers in counties and similar regions,it will provide some practical reference value.The main content of this paper consists of four parts: The first part analyzes the development status of domestic and international modern agriculture,reveals the necessity of research on the cultivation of new professional farmers,elaborates the purpose and significance of the study,and sorts out the research of new professional farmers at home and abroad and gives the definition of related concepts involved in this paper.The second part analyzes the feasibility of precision cultivation of the new professional farmers in Z County,and points out the theoretical basis and practical basis for the accurate cultivation of the county's new professional farmers.The third part summarizes the current situation and existing problems of the precision cultivation of new professional farmers in Z county,and summarizes the internal and external factors that cause the problems.The last part of the article is the thinking on the cultivation of new professional farmers in counties,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and recommendations.Finally,is the summary part.
