Research On The Problem Of New Professional Farmers Cultivation In The Agglomeration Area Of Agricultural Industry

Under the new normal condition,how to improve the effectiveness of the cultivation of new professional farmers so as to help the development of agglomeration areas of agricultural industry have become an urgent problem to be solved.On the basis of empirical investigation,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of new professional farmers in the agglomeration area of agricultural industry,and puts forward the optimization countermeasures for the cultivation of new professional farmers.The text can be divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction.On the basis of introducing the research background and significance,mastering the existing research results of cultivating new professional farmers,this part puts forward the problems,ideas and methods of the research.The second part is about the basic concept and theoretical basis.This part makes a theoretical analysis of the new professional farmers and agglomeration area of agricultural industry,analyzes its connotation and characteristics,and then,clarifies the theoretical basis of this research.The third part is the investigation of new professional farmers cultivation in the agglomeration area of agricultural industry.This section conducts questionnaire surveys and interviews with professional farmers in two typical agricultural industrial agglomeration areas of “Yongbei” and “Shimen Bay” in Tongxiang City,and analyzes the current status of the cultivation work in the agglomeration areas.The fourth part analyzes the features and problems of new professional farmers cultivation in the agglomeration area of agricultural industry.According to the survey,this part summarizes typical practice of the cultivation of Tongxiang City in terms of system guarantee,cultivation mode,and cultivation contents.And the following problems were found: lack of guarantee for fostering system,lack of effective cultivation,low comprehensive quality of cultivated objects,and obstacles in cultivating environment and so on.The fifth part is the optimization of new professional farmers cultivation in the agglomeration area of agricultural industry.Finally,in view of the problems in the cultivation of agricultural industrial agglomeration area,and referring to the typical practices of other regions,the optimization countermeasures are proposed from the aspects of perfecting cultivation institutions,improving cultivation systems,the motivation of cultivating new professional farmers,and improving the environment for cultivation.
