A SWOT Analysis Of Mini-Basketball In Nanchang's Youth Basketball Clubs

With the promulgation of the "Healthy China 2030" Planning Outline,China's emphasis on the health of its citizens has been increasing.As a nation's hope for future development,adolescents and children's physical health has received much attention.Participating in basketball exercise can effectively improve the physical fitness of the participants and enhance the ability of teamwork,so it is very popular with young children.In 2017,the "mini-basketball" program was officially launched with the strong support of the Chinese Basketball Association.Its main target audience is children and children aged 12 and under.By analyzing the domestic literature on mini-basketball in recent years,the existing research content can be divided into domestic and foreign research on mini-basketball,research on the current situation of youth basketball club development,and SWOT analysis and its application in sports.Study three topics.From the perspective of project promotion,guided by management methods and theories,this article uses questionnaires and expert interviews to understand the current situation of the development of mini-basketball in the youth basketball clubs and clubs in Nanchang,and summarizes the impact of Nanchang through mathematical statistics and logical analysis.The internal and external environmental factors of the city's youth basketball club to develop mini-basketball.Finally,the SWOT matrix model is used to propose effective countermeasures and suggestions for the development of youth basketball club's mini-basketball sports plan in Nanchang.The analysis results show that the influential factors for the development of mini-basketball in the youth basketball club of Nanchang are: 1.Internal advantages:sufficient coach resources,higher teaching level,strong basketball atmosphere,rich publicity channels,and adequate funding guarantee;2.Internal disadvantages :Imperfect competition system and system,crude and inadequate equipment and venues,loose and irregular club organization,and scarce professional talents;3.External opportunities: national policy support,rapid economic development in Nanchang,increased social demand,and increased competition forms;4 external Threats: Incomplete project development,fierce market competition,low social attention,and conflicting academic training.Through SWOT matrix analysis,afteranalyzing the specific situation of the development of the mini-basketball game in Nanchang Youth Basketball Club,the author puts forward four suggestions: 1.Grasp their own advantages while also seizing external development opportunities:continuously improve the professional level of coaches and use Opportunities brought by the two professional teams in Nanchang,increase publicity,promote the organization of the Nanchang Youth Basketball Club's mini-basketball league,and establish their own mini-basketball hierarchy.2.Grasp your own internal advantages and actively face external challenges: create your own competition IP,invest energy and financial resources in teaching,and do a good job in parent service.3.Seize external opportunities,make up for their own disadvantages,strengthen organizational management,formulate mini-basketball technical standards based on Nanchang's own characteristics,improve game rules and solve practical problems.4.Make use of advantages and opportunities while reducing your own disadvantages: formulate a standardized club management system,build a standardized mini-basketball court,formulate coaching standards,control the number of part-time coaches,reduce the mobility of coaches,and introduce Professional service staff.
