Research On The Current Situation And Development Strategies Of Mini Basketball In Youth Basketball Clubs Under The Background Of "mini Basketball Development Plan

In order to promote the development of youth basketball,enhance the physical fitness of young people and nurture sports reserve talents,the China Basketball Association relaunched the "Small Basketball Development Programme" in Beijing in2017,officially releasing the "Small Basketball Rules".By changing basketball specifications,court size,basket height and basketball rules,the rules are more in line with the physical and mental development of youth,stimulating children’s interest and attracting more children and youth to participate in the sport of mini-basketball.This paper uses literature,questionnaires,expert interviews and mathematical and statistical methods to investigate and analyse the infrastructure construction,coach training and the implementation of the rules of mini-basketball in the Yuhua Basketball Club,to summarise the problems that arise in the development of mini-basketball in the club,to analyse the reasons for them and to propose targeted countermeasures,with the following conclusions:The basic basketball facilities at Yuhua Basketball Club can meet the needs of the sport on a daily basis,but with the increase in the number of students and the development of the sport,there is a need to further standardise and improve the construction of the facilities,integrate resources and develop new resources;the coaching staff is young,energetic and has strong demonstration skills,but there is a lack of uniform standards for coaching training,which is not conducive to the development of the sport.However,the lack of uniform standards in coach training has led to a wide range of coaches’ standards,which is not conducive to the development of small basketball.It is necessary to continuously increase the training of coaches,update their teaching concepts and improve the quality of teaching in the club;its promotion and publicity channels are diversified,and the combination with new media is closer,the ratio of male to female students is large,the emphasis on the development of female students is low,and the influence of the concept of examination-based education has led to prominent contradictions between learning and training.The implementation of the Little Basketball Rules is unsatisfactory,with coaches having varying degrees of mastery of the rules of Little Basketball,and relatively little teaching of rules etiquette,resulting in a low level of understanding of the rules of the game,a weak awareness of the rules,and a low level of standardisation,requiring further improvement in the comprehensiveness of the teaching content to promote the all-round development of children;in terms of Little Basketball leagues,Yuhua Basketball Club actively responds to the The club has been actively responding to the "Small Basketball Development Plan" by participating in the basketball leagues organised by the Basketball Association,and has achieved relatively good results.The club is also actively involved in hosting national and even world-class youth basketball tournaments,which is important for the development of basketball in Tianjin.
