The higher vocational education specialist stage and applied undergraduate training is an important exploratory measure to build a modern vocational education system in China.It is the construction of modern vocational education system,innovative technical skills talent training mode,improving the quality of talent training,and following the law of talent growth.Adapt to the urgent need of technical and technical talents for economic and social development.The effective connection between the three-year higher vocational education and the two-year undergraduate education will be the fundamental guarantee for ensuring the quality of the three-year specialization and two-year undergraduate joint training.This paper uses the literature analysis method,text analysis method and investigation research method to comparatively study the theoretical research and practical results of the connection between higher vocational and applied undergraduate courses at home and abroad;to participate in the “3+2” special joint training pilot project in Hubei Province.Colleges and universities are the research objects,using questionnaires,field investigations and other research methods,and conducting in-depth practical investigation and attribution analysis on their problems in the specialization and undergraduate courses,and proposing practical solutions to the strategy,in an effort to promote Hubei Province's “3+” 2" The joint training program is effectively linked to improve the quality of technical skills training.This paper first defines the related concepts of the "3+2" special joint training curriculum,and analyzes the theoretical basis and practical needs of the "3+2" joint training curriculum,which is the "3+2" joint training curriculum.Cohesion research provides theoretical and practical support.Through sampling analysis of the talent training programs jointly developed by the higher vocational colleges and undergraduates participating in the joint training pilot,the focus is on the connection status and existence of the research courses from the aspects of talent training target orientation,curriculum setting standards,curriculum structure and content,and credit hour schedule.The problem is to analyze the reasons for the poor connection of the "3+2" special joint training curriculum,and propose countermeasures to solve the problem of the convergence of the curriculum.In the connection of talent training objectives,the three core elements of knowledge,ability and quality are constructed through the “progressive” approach,and the integration of segmentation training objectives is realized,and the gradient connection is realized.In the connection of curriculum structure,the curriculum setting and its system construction should be followed,and the rules of student development should be followed,which should be designed,developed and constructed from the dimensions of time and space.In the connection of the content of the course,the combination of vertical and horizontal connection,linear arrangement and spiral ascending connection,and the combination of subject logic and work logic sequence.Finally,the guarantee mechanism of the “3+2” special joint training curriculum is proposed to maximize the effective connection and maximize the talent training and teaching benefits.
