In 2011,in order to fully implement the spirit of the document "outline of the National medium-and long-term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)",The Ministry of Education issued the guidance of the Ministry of Education on promoting the coordinated Development of Secondary and higher Vocational Education(No.9 of the teaching profession [2011]).The paper guides the convergence of secondary and higher vocational education from four aspects: grasping the direction,coordinated development,realizing the connection and strengthening the guarantee,and puts forward a total of 22 suggestions,including "clarifying the goal of personnel training,optimizing the layout of the professional structure," Innovate the curriculum system and teaching materials;improve the education and teaching process;speed up the application of information technology;promote the reform of the evaluation model "and so on.Therefore,on the basis of the convergence of training objectives,combined with the needs of industry enterprises and professional characteristics,the construction of a scientific and reasonable curriculum system for the convergence of secondary and higher vocational education is an effective way to achieve the convergence of secondary and higher vocational education.In this study,the first step,through the literature research method to learn our country about the education and teaching reform and development of policy documents and materials,for this study to provide a strong basis for the selection of topics and research direction;At the same time,extensive reading of vocational education related to pedagogy,curriculum theory,psychology research works and literature,for this study to provide a theoretical basis.The second step,through the investigation and research method,carries on the questionnaire and the interview investigation to the profession enterprise and the vocational college,understands the electronic commerce enterprise to the talented person training demand and the middle higher vocational education teaching present situation,It is found that the training objectives,curriculum design,curriculum standards,curriculum evaluation,teaching management and other aspects of the convergence of secondary and higher vocational colleges are not smooth,the government and colleges themselves have an unshirkable responsibility.Finally,this study puts forward to take the post ability as the core to construct the linking curriculum system of middle and higher vocational education,and on the basis of policy literature,analyzes the job group,professional ability,professional standard and career development plan faced by the students majoring in electronic commerce.Carry on the curriculum system construction plan design,and propose to follow closely with the industry enterprise upgrade,Some safeguard suggestions,such as renewing the curriculum teaching content,enriching the curriculum teaching resources,integrating curriculum thought and politics into the curriculum system,establishing an information management platform,vigorously promoting the construction of vocational education collectivization,and so on.It is helpful to the smooth landing of the construction scheme of the connecting curriculum system in secondary and higher vocational education.Through the construction scheme of the connecting course system of middle and higher vocational education of electronic commerce specialty put forward in this study,in order to achieve the effective connection between the curriculum of secondary vocational education and higher vocational education,and improve the quality and benefit of vocational education,Expand its influence in the whole society,for social development to provide a large number of high-quality technical and skilled personnel.
