As one of the important basic subjects in senior high school,the ideological and political course has played a profound role in cultivating students' quality and improving students' personality.In the implementation of the new curriculum standard,it starts with concerning the students' own development,with the goal of students' key competencies,and attaching importance to the construction of the teaching activities,which shows that the teaching philosophy of “student development-oriented” is becoming more and more important and valued.The core point of Rogers' humanistic education theory is “people-oriented”,which coincides with the new curriculum reform concept.This thesis mainly studies the ideological and political teaching based on Rogers' humanistic education theory in high school.Through the theoretical exposition of Rogers' humanistic education theory,analyzing its value in high school ideological and political teaching.It provides a theoretical foundation for the later text.This paper uses the questionnaire survey method and the actual teaching observation to draw the actual situation in the ideological and political teaching.Some problems are analyzed.Such as the lack of initiative of students' learning,the dis-satisfactory learning effect,the inflexible teaching goals,losing sight of teaching activities and students' emotional experience,the distant relationship between teachers and students,and single teaching evaluation and so on.Owing to the three factors,the curriculum provisions,teachers and students,based on Rogers' humanistic education theory,it recommends appropriate solutions.Such as putting forward the education concept of “student-centered”,setting the self-realization learning goal,establishing a humanistic view of teachers and students with harmonious relationship and a scientific and rational teacher-student evaluation system and other strategies.Hoping that it can solve these problems and provide a strong theoretical guidance for ideological and political teaching in senior high school.
