| The new and the previous experience help each other forward.Teachers need to constantly update teaching design concept to adapt the development of education.New curriculum reform put forward that the teaching should promote the development of every student.It encourages teachers to be the guide of students,fostering students’ practical ability by means of forms like independent,cooperation and exploring.Teaching design needs to reflect the spirit of the new curriculum reform,but how to apply the new curriculum reform spirit into high school teaching design of ideological and political education is a challenge to political teachers.This paper is based on the humanism theory of Rogers,designing high school ideological and political education teaching method,trying to show the teaching concept with taking students and their emotion as the main body,accelerating students’ all-round development.The author hopes to bring more energy for class teaching through this research and this paper has four parts.The first part is a general overview of Rogers’ s humanism theory.Firstly,the author analyses of Rogers’ s humanism theory’s basis from personality,psychological treatment and philosophy three aspects.Secondly,the author summarizes the basic connotation of Rogers’ s humanistic theory and generalizes it in five aspects of teaching: curriculum view,teaching view,learning view,teacher-student view and elevation view.Finally,the author introduces the combining site of Rogers’ s humanism theory and high school ideological and political education teaching design.In the second part,the author generalizes the weaknesses during ideological and political teaching design process according to the practical observation and research,which are the separation of the teaching goal and practical teaching goal;the differences between teaching content and practical teaching content;the teaching process focusing on teacher;the teaching evaluation focusing on score.According to the Rogers’ humanism theory,the author summarizes fiveprinciples that ideological and political education teaching design should follow in the third part.They are student-based,openness,feasibility,situational and corporation.At the same time,designing the teaching strategies from the aspects of teaching objectives,methods,contents,process,evaluation and students’ learning situation is necessary,besides,adding segments of specific cases.The last part is the reflections about putting Rogers’ s humanism theory into high school ideological and political education teaching design process.Firstly,to meet the design effect,teachers should combine the teachers’ dominant and students as the main body.Secondly,teachers should lay emphasis on integrating teaching content to adapt students’ development.Last but not least,teachers should improve their quality constantly. |
