In recent years,the comprehensive two-child policy has been opened,accompanied by the increase in the number of kindergartens throughout the country,resulting in a shortage of kindergarten teachers in many areas.Under the circumstance that the graduates of preschool education can't meet the needs of kindergarten,some kindergartens begin to recruit non-preschool teachers in order to alleviate the shortage of teachers.At present,there are many teachers who graduated from non-preschool education major in every kindergarten.The overall quality and survival state of kindergarten teachers in non-preschool education specialty are also very important to the development of preschool education.In this study,87 non-preschool teachers and 95 preschool teachers in 9 kindergartens in Baoding were investigated by questionnaires and interviews.At the same time,10non-preschool teachers were randomly selected and investigated according to the interview outline.The investigation is mainly carried out from five aspects: salary,working environment,social identity,professional development and amateur life of kindergarten teachers of non-preschool education specialty,in order to show their living condition completely and truly.The results of the survey show that the overall living condition of kindergarten teachers of non-preschool major in Baoding still needs to be improved,mainly in the lower salary level,the poor management level of some kindergartens,the lower social status,garden provides fewer professional development opportunities,work mentality needs to be improved and so on.The main reasons of the existing problems are as follows.First,social factors: 1,kindergarten teachers' social status is low;2,the government's concern and investment in kindergarten is not high enough.Second,garden factors: 1,the management mode is not humanized enough,2,teachers' salary and work load do not match;3,the professional development opportunities for non-professional teachers are less.Thirdly,parents' factors:some parents' educational ideas are relatively backward.Fourth,teachers' own factors: 1,teachers' expectations for returns are too high;2,teachers' own professional level needs to beimproved.In view of the reasons for the poor living condition of kindergarten teachers of non-preschool specialty,the author puts forward some suggestions from different angles.First,the social angle: 1,the government should formulate relevant policies to promote the social status of kindergarten teachers;2,effectively promote the salaries of non-professional kindergarten teachers.Second,kindergarten angle: 1,effectively promote kindergarten management;2,Kindergarten should provide professional development opportunities for non-professional teachers;3,make good contact with home and help parents to set up correct educational ideas.Thirdly,teachers' angle: 1,teachers should adjust their mentality and reduce their expectations properly;2,make great efforts to improve their professional accomplishment and give full play to their professional advantages.
