Regular education in kindergarten refers to the correct implementation of all aspects of daily life in the specific system and code of conduct for children's education.Through being in kindergarten,leaving kindergarten,doing labors,having classes,playing games,doing sports activities and bathing, dining, napping,drinking water,going to toilet and other activities,so that children can learn to work and rest according to the timetable and have a regular rhythmic life,at the same time taking participate in the activities quietly.Developing a series of good habits and health life habits can ensure their health.Small children has its own particularity,who had just left their parents came to the kindergarten,beganning their collective lives.Everything around them are not familiar with,which requires preschool teachers to provide timely assistance,helping children adapt to nursery life. But when the author have a inership in the kindergarten finding that the theory isn't comply with reality.Many preschool teachers of behavior in the process of conventional education that was not aware of the relevant content of the conventional education.What is more it is deviated from the conventional education essence,the conventional education acts as a tool to manage for the teachers,it is seen as the authority of teachers.According to this phenomenon,the auther conduct an investigation,the purpose of it is to explore status of the regular education in small children,and use the observation method to the recording for preschool teachers behaviors observed and recorded, finding the problems,and puts forward to relevant educational strategies and suggestions,providing a reference to developing children's good practice.This study is mainly selected from 25 kindergartens in Anshan city(12 public, 13 private) of the 277 kindergarten teachers of the study as the research sample.Mainly through questionnaire survey, including five aspects of children's perspective of conventional education such as purpose, contents, organization and implementation,evaluation and cooperation. At the same time, the author would make the preschool teachers who teach in small classes,S kindergarten,An Shan city as the research object of observation.Making observations on preschool teachers who teach in small classes, interms of all aspects of conventional education, Acoording to the result of the survey,the author make a structured interviews with teachers of Primary class of the kindergarten.The purpose is to make the better understand on the status of routine education of teachers who teach in small classes ofAn Shan cite's kindergarten.The results of the study show: Firstly,interms of the objective of the routine education,finding that the preschool teachers understanding is not deep enough;Secondly,preschool teachers can't have an accurate grasp on the content of routine education overall; Thirdly,there exists single form of early childhood education interms of education organization and implementation;The fourth,there are disjointed phenomena in the coorperation between families and kindergarten. The fifth,there are many young teachers in kindergarten, who lack of practical experience;Finally, the author according to the results of the investigation and observationand the problems appeared in the process of small children in the conventional education,then proposed suggestions from the perspective of teachers,kindergarten and parents for education.
