The resource of the village preschool teachers is one of the difficulties there are in the field of the village preschool education during the development of the village preschool education for a long time. Because the living condition of the village preschool teachers is a more and more serious problem, In the recent years, there has been a phenomenon of the draimage of the preschool teachers in the village preschool institutions. However, the draimage of the village preschool teachers is bound to affect the stability of the village preschool teacher troops, correspounding also affect the healthy development of the village preschool education, This study is based on the phenomenon that a lot of village preschool teachers flow out of the village or the field of the village preschool education in L county in Hunan province, to think over how to stablize the village pre-school teacher troop.This study using the literature method, questionnaire and interview investigates the status of the draimage of the village preschool teachers of county in Hunan province.The main contents included in the study are as follows:the statuus of the draimage of the village preschool teachers in L county from 2006 to 2009, including the annual draimage rate, the age and educational level of the draimage preschool reachers., the institutions of the draimage,the distination to draimage; the living condition of the preschool teachers in village,including wages,medical and social insurance,social status,the professional growth and the workload; the management of the village preschool education in L county; the impact that the draimage of the village preschool teachers causes. Through the study, reasons are found as follows:low physical treatment; the rights that are not be protected; difficult professional growth; over workload; the lack of people-oriented management concept in the village preschool education institutions and the lack of attention to this field from the local government.According to the reasons, some solutions are found as follows:To increase the physical treatment of the village preschool teachers;To protect the legitimate rights and interests of the village preschool teachers; To emphasis on the professional growth of the village preschool teachers; To reduce the workload of the village preschool teachers; To inprove managent to create a people-oriented environment;.Local government should explicit the function to strengthen the external support.
