Youth is strong,country is strong;Youth prosperity,national prosperity;Young students are the hope and future of a nation,the quality of young people's moral character is related to the completion of the fundamental task of national moral education;It concerns whether the great cause of socialism will be succeeded.In recent years,the frequent campus violence,in junior high school students to the healthy development of junior middle school students themselves brought great hidden trouble,at the same time,to the victims and their families,schools,and even the society as a whole has brought a huge negative effect,become the campus stability and social stability of potential unsafe factors,has become the whole society's attention to social problems.Through the interpretation of the concept of school violence,points out several common types of school violence,junior middle school students in chengde city junior high school students in the early 16 on school violence has carried on the questionnaire survey,through to the campus violence personnel participation situation,school violence is used time,flashpoint for violence in campus,campus violence main form,campus violence frequency scale,school violence and student's attitude to school violence,points out that the current junior high school campus violence there is more time for leisure time,location is hidden,in the majority with senior school violence frequency,There are few lower grades,campus violence presents a large-scale situation,and students' attitudes to campus violence are diverse.This paper analyzes the causes of school violence in junior middle schools.From the perspective of school macro-management,the school safety management system is not perfect,the punishment of school violence is not in place,the school safety education mechanism is missing,and the school mental health education is insufficient.From the perspective of class micro-management reasons,the main reasons are improper class management methods,lack of class collective activities,lack of class informal group management,etc.From the perspective of teachers' own reasons,the main reasons are that some teachers have weak legal awareness,teachers' implicit violence,teachers' mental health problems need to be paid attention to,etc.From the factors of junior high school students themselves,the main reason is that adolescent physical and mental development in the independent rebellious period,affected by bad interpersonal relations,some junior high school students have weak legal awareness,affected by bad network culture.From the family environment reason,mainly is the parents bad behavior way provides the bad demonstration,the parents improper parenting way affects the student violence words and deeds.In view of the above problems,on the basis of practice,in order to prevent junior high school students' campus violence prevention strategy,it is necessary to improve overall school management,improve school safety management system,perfect school violence prevention and punishment mechanism,strengthen school safety education management,strengthen school mental health education,etc.It is necessary to refine class micro-management,innovate class management mode,strengthen class collective activities,pay attention to class informal groups,etc.We should improve the quality of teachers,enhance their legal awareness,regulate their implicit violence and pay attention to their mental health.We should guide the healthy physical and mental development of junior high school students,guide them to pass the rebellious period smoothly,actively build a good interpersonal relationship,enhance the legal awareness of junior high school students,and strengthen the campus cultural environment.It is necessary to promote the change of family education mode under the family and school co-education,to guide parents to create a harmonious family atmosphere for students,and to guide parents to take appropriate forms of family education.
