The Study Of The Entrepreneurship Policy For The College Students In The Region Of Inner Mongolia

The entrepreneurial economy of China has been developed rapidly in recent years,which accords with the calling of �mass entrepreneurship and innovation� and the development of innovation-oriented country's construction.It is stressed more during the Two Sessions(NPC and CPPCC)of 2019 that innovation-driven development strategy should be implemented deeply and the innovative capacity and efficiency should be promoted further.The college students,who possess the high level of knowledge and comprehensive quality,should be the main force of entrepreneurship and innovation.Although the overall situation of college students' entrepreneurship in the region of Inner Mongolia is in a good shape,it is still in the backward state compared to that in the developed regions in China.It is pressing to increase the enthusiasm of college students' entrepreneurship and innovation through optimizing the policies.As a result,the economy construction and social development of Inner Mongolia will make a great progress.The thesis is aimed to analyze the present situation of entrepreneurship policy for the college students in the region of Inner Mongolia.The thesis analyzes that policy from the aspect of policy setting,policy implementation,policy monitoring and so on.The author of the thesis has researched the entrepreneurship of college students and studied the excellent experiences in China and abroad.When writing the thesis,the author of the thesis has applied the theory of public policy analysis and the theory of government functions,also combined with the real work.In the author'sopinion,it still exists some issues for the college students' entrepreneurship policy in the region of Inner Mongolia,such as the fuzzy targets,incomplete policies,defective laws,excessive executive agencies,imperfect policy implementation,boring entrepreneurship atmosphere,insufficient supervision and feedback,etc.The author of the thesis also has traced the reasons of all the issues mentioned above.As a result,the author raises a set of solutions to deeply improve the entrepreneurship policy for the college students in the region of Inner Mongolia,including exact-orienting the targets of college students' entrepreneurship policy,improving the policy content,enhancing the systematization and pertinence of the policy,coordinating the policies,increasing the policy implementation,advertising the policies widely,encouraging the participation of relevant parties,etc.The author of the thesis comes up with some advice and suggestions for the entrepreneurship in the region of Inner Mongolia.The intention of writing the thesis is to encourage college students to devote themselves to the entrepreneurship by the way of improving and optimizing policies.In that way,the employment quality will be promoted,the industrial upgrading will be accelerated and the development of social economy will be pushed forward.
