Research On Problems Of College Enterpreneurship Education Management

Enterprise education in colleges and universities is,complying with the law of social development,to train innovative and entrepreneurial talents.At present,the self-employment rate of college students in China is only 6%,which is still at a relatively low level compared with that of developed countries,and there is still great room for improvement and development.Therefore,exploring how to carry out enterprise education management more scientifically and efficiently is significant for cultivating college students' enthusiasm to start a business,improving the quality of college enterprise education,and building an innovation-based nation.Based on the situation of enterprise management in Wenzhou University Oujiang College,the study adopts several methods,including document analysis,field research,questionnaire survey and expert interviews.It aims to realize the status of entrepreneurial education management in colleges and universities,and identify the gaps.The study also provides Wenzhou University Oujiang College with improvement suggestions for its entrepreneurial education management by borrowing the advanced enterprise education management concepts of the USA and the UK and combining local characteristics.According to the actual investigation and study discovery,the enterprise education in Wenzhou University Oujiang College had been listed as an important task of the college in 2009.Since the formulation of Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation,the enterprise education management in Oujiang College has existed for five years,and its management level stands in the front row of the whole country.However,there are still many problems in it,like unclear management objectives,a disconnection with social needs,incomplete management mechanisms,insufficient entrepreneurial resources,insufficient attention to professional faculty and enterprise courses,and loose student management.Many reasons result in these problems.Firstly,relevant policies for enterprise education management have not been fully implemented.There is a lack of feasibility and operability of policy implementation whether for government policy or for university system.Secondly,with the development of enterprise education in colleges and universities,cooperation mechanism between universities and off-campus organizations about enterprise education is too primitive,the school-enterprise communication is not smooth,the responsibilities are not clear,the management of resources in colleges is weak,and the form of cooperation is single.Thirdly,teachers and students still have a lack of deep understanding of enterprise education connotation.They believe that enterprise education is only applicable to a small number of students who have the willingness to start a business.Finally,the lack of a sound management mechanism for the entrepreneurial platform has caused the Pioneer Park fail to perform its due function.Combining the existing research results with the investigation of the enterprise education management in Wenzhou University Oujiang College,this paper puts forward improvement suggestions from four aspects: curriculum management system,teaching teachers' construction,resource security system inside and outside the college,and specific management regulations of the Pioneer Park.
