Since the beginning of the new century,China's education,represented by institutions of higher learning,has developed rapidly,which plays an important role in promoting economic development,the rapid development of social economy also has more demands for college graduates.However,with the continuous expansion of the scale of higher education in China,the speed of social and economic development slows down gradually.Under this dual pressure,the difficulty of employment of college graduates has gradually become the focus of social attention.As College graduates,they are often vulnerable to stress,resulting in psychological and life difficulties.From the Perspective of College Graduates,the support that can be provided is relatively single.At present,the employment work in Colleges and universities focuses on the release of employment information and jobs,and pays less attention to alleviating the employment pressure of graduates.As a scientific method of social work,group work plays an important role in alleviating the employment pressure of college graduates with the same or similar problems.The purpose of this paper is to explore the specific ways to alleviate the employment pressure of college graduates through the intervention of group work and to test its practical effect.Taking M and N universities in Shaanxi Province as examples,this study adopts a combination of literature research,questionnaire survey,in-depth interviews and group work.Before organizing group activities,the author conducts a sample survey of graduates from two universities by means of questionnaires,literature research and other methods to understand the basic situation of employment pressure faced by college graduates,and to have a more comprehensive understanding of the employment pressure of College graduates;Subsequently,we conducted in-depth interviews with 10 team members recruited from two universities to understand the basic information and employment pressure of team members,assess the needs of team members,have a more specific understanding of the employment pressure of team members,and carry out activities through group work methods to help team members alleviate employment pressure.In the process of group work,we lead the team members to clarify the objectives of the group,establish group contracts,and let the team members clarify the purpose and significance of group activities;carry out group activities to help team members release pressure;through resource links,team members sharing and other ways,help team members to achieve cognitive change,to further understand career needs;workplace simulation allows team members to better grasp employment skills,better adapt to the future.Through the most group activities,we have verified the advantages of group work methods in alleviating the employment pressure of College graduates.Group work is to help team members make corresponding changes and grow up by supporting each other in the process of group interaction..Group work emphasizes the interaction between team members,which is very helpful for college graduates with the same educational background and common experience to share their experience and achieve common growth.Practical research shows that group work method plays a very significant role in alleviating employment pressure,improving employment skills and enhancing self-confidence of College graduates.
