| In recent years,due to the continuous enrollment expansion of colleges and universities,fierce competition in the job market,as well as the normalized impact of COVID-19,the employment of college graduates in China has become a serious problem,resulting in the employment anxiety of college graduates.Guided by the theory of advantage perspective,the theory of social support and the theory of group dynamics,the author uses the method of group work to intervene and improve the employment ability of college graduates under the epidemic situation,enhance their employment confidence and relieve their employment anxiety.First of all,this paper D university,for example,under the employment of university graduates anxiety problem investigation and analysis of epidemic diseases,whether there is anxiety self-assessment scale is used to measure the graduate obtain employment anxiety status quo,through the questionnaire survey method,interview method and observation method of graduate employment anxiety problem,respectively from individuals,families,schools,enterprises,social environment reason analysis in five dimensions,It is concluded that graduates need to improve the level of online resume making,improve the adaptability of online interview,adjust psychological pressure and maintain physical and mental health.Secondly,group work began to intervene in the employment anxiety of college graduates under the epidemic situation.The necessity and feasibility of intervention were analyzed,and group plans were designed.Before,during and after group activities were carried out for seven times,group effects were evaluated from multiple perspectives of the process and results of group activities.Finally,four conclusions are drawn: group work has a significant effect on alleviating employment anxiety of college graduates under the epidemic;social work has advantages in alleviating employment anxiety of college graduates under the epidemic;group activities and evaluation methods are comprehensive;and the professional ability of social workers to carry out group work is not enough.This paper introspects from the following four aspects: the singleness of group working method,the lack of group activity effect,the professionalism of group workers,and the reliability of data survey,and puts forward five feasible suggestions:first,improve the professional ability and service skills of social workers;Second,uphold the professional values of social workers;The third combination of social work methods intervention;Fourth,comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the survey data;Fifth,pay attention to the employment situation of service objects and do follow-up services in the later period. |
