Experimental Study Of GGGA Training Method On Swing Of Juvenile Players

In 1984,Chung Shan Hot Spring Golf Club has built up in China,marking the golf start in China,golf in China has developed for more than 30 years,the best golfer keeps emerging,including Haotong Li,Shanshan Feng,such as professional.Also once be quite famous in teenager period Tianlang Guan,Cheng Jin Etc..Such as the development of golf in China,men of talent come out in succession.Shanshan Feng met her coach GARY GILCHRIST when she was 16 years old,and has been studying with this coach ever since.GARY summarized his years of teaching experience into a training method--GGGA training method,which has cultivated many world champions,especially the professional women champions in the United States.Shanshan Feng as China’s first Olympic athletes to win a medal in golf project.She is former No.1 ladies professional golf player,is also China’s first player who won the ladies major.On May 31,2017 Shanshan Feng golf--Nansha academy established,school of using the GGGA used her own training method,in domestic at present.In order to explore the advantages and disadvantages of GGGA training method for domestic young golf players,this paper selected the trainees of Feng Shanshan Golf-Nansha academy as the experimental object.Through consulting the relevant literature,it summarized the characteristics of golf project and golf swing technical action characteristics.According to the actual training situation of Feng Shanshan Golf-Nansha academy,it adopted the real situation.The experimental research method and data analysis method are used to design the long game test and short game test.Through data comparison and analysis,as well as the analysis of actual combat and competition data,the results of the test and analysis are compared horizontally.It is found that GGGA training method can obviously improve the distance and direction stability of the Driver of young players,and the accuracy of medium and long iron.However,the improvement of short game is not particularly obvious,and the improvement of wedge shot,bunker shot and pitching is not ideal.Suggestion: Feng Shanshan academy will continue to maintain the long geme teaching in GGGA training method,but it needs to develop its strengths and avoid its weaknesses,improve the player’s swing skills in an all-round way,especially the short game skills,and create its own comprehensive training methods.
