Study On Deep Cooperation Cultivation Of Golf Specialty Athletic Professionals In Yunnan Province

At present,there are some achievements in the training of golf talents in ourcountry,and a number of excellent golfers have appeared,but in the rapideconomic development today,the training of golf talents still can not meet the rapid development of the golf market.Now the golf is in a period of turbulence.In the low period ofChina,it needs to be cultivated.A group of highly qualified Golf talents with professional abilities led Golf out of the current confusion so that more people could feel the joy of golf.Therefore,in the modern mode of sustainable development of modern education,the training of high-quality golf professional sports talents has gradually become the core content of the research on the development of golf education.Many scholars have put forward new ideas on the training mode of professional sports talents,but most of them are limited to local research.This paper,based on the needs of the training of golf education,combined with the mechanism of cooperation between school and enterprise,applies to the field of training golf professional talents,and realizes the deep cooperation between school and enterprise to cultivate professional golf technical talents.In this paper,the author uses the method of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,field investigation,case analysis and logical analysis to analyze the current situation and existing problems of training professional sports technicians in Yunnan golf school and enterprise cooperation,in order to develop the overall cooperation as the target and open the original path of cooperation.Then,the operation mechanism of school enterprise cooperation is applied to the training field of golf talents,so as to realize the deep cooperation of golf school and enterprise to cultivate professional sports technical talents.And the emphasis is put on the necessity,the conditions of cooperation,the current situation of Yunnan cooperation,the existing problems and the reasons for the existing problems,and put forward a scientific and feasible mechanism to apply the mechanism of school enterprise cooperation to the field of college and enterprise cooperation.
