Gymnastics is known as the father of sports,and it has always occupied an important position in the physical education of colleges and universities in China.It is an important part of physical education in colleges and universities in China.Gymnastics can fully develop the physical quality of college students and cultivate students' awareness of perseverance and lifelong physical exercise.Through consulting relevant literature and personal experience,it is found that the current gymnastics teaching in colleges and universities in China has been declining.The main reasons are as follows: the teaching content of gymnastics class is difficult,boring and the gymnastics teachers pay too much attention to the teaching and skills of competitive gymnastics.Training,neglecting the cultivation of students' interest in gymnastics,making the students' gymnastics training a little passive,it is difficult to achieve good results in a short time;teaching venues and equipment requirements are high,many colleges and universities do not have perfect hardware supporting facilities;Gymnastics teachers have a single teaching method and old teaching organization.The classroom learning atmosphere is not strong enough to stimulate students' interest in gymnastics.In view of the current situation of gymnastics in colleges and universities in China,this paper creatively puts the emerging outdoor sports slings into music and dance,and creates a set of flat belt exercises with the cooperation of the team,and innovatively introduces them into colleges and universities.In the gymnastics teaching,I hope to provide some reference for the innovation of gymnastics teaching in colleges and universities.This paper takes the application of Sling in gymnastics teaching in physical education colleges as the research object,and uses the literature data method to check the relevant literatures of the current situation of college gymnastics and the development of outdoor sports,to understand the current problems of gymnastics teaching in China and to target them.The creation of a flat belt exercise.Using the interview method to introduce the feasibility of the flat belt exercise into the gymnastics teaching in the university,visit the experts in relevant fields,and introduce the eight-week teaching experiment of the gymnastic teaching in the college by the questionnaire survey method and the experimental method,using the mathematicalstatistics method and logic analysis.The method compares and analyzes various indicators and feedbacks of students before and after the experiment,and draws the following conclusions:(1)The integration of Sling exercises can significantly improve the core stability of gymnastics students.By integrating the sling exercises into the gymnastics class,after eight weeks of teaching experiments,the core stability of the experimental group students was significantly improved compared with the control group.(2)The integration of the flat belt exercise can significantly improve the balance ability of the gymnastics students.By integrating the sling exercises into the gymnastics teaching,after eight weeks of teaching experiments,compared with the control group,the balance ability of the experimental group students was significantly improved.(3)The integration of the Sling exercises can significantly improve the stability of the lower limb muscles of the gymnastics students.By integrating the sling exercises into the gymnastics teaching,after eight weeks of teaching experiments,the stability of the lower limb muscles of the experimental group was significantly improved compared with the control group.(4)The integration of Sling exercises can significantly improve the sensitivity of students in gymnastics classes.By incorporating the sling exercises into the gymnastics teaching,after eight weeks of teaching experiments,compared with the control group,the sensitivity of the experimental group students was significantly improved.(5)The integration of the Sling exercises can significantly improve the gymnastics skills of gymnastics students.By integrating the sling exercises into the gymnastics teaching,after eight weeks of teaching experiments,compared with the control group,the skills of the experimental group,the horizontal bar and the parallel bars have significantly improved,and the experimental group's Vault performance is very high.Significantly improved.(6)The influence of the integration of the flat belt exercise on the lung capacity,flexibility and endurance quality of the students was not significantly improved compared with the control group.
