Normal walking gait is a good performance of physical health.With the development of science and technology,gait analysis technology is more and more mature and applied to various fields.Among them,the research on gait in the field of sports is mainly focused on the foot pressure,which is rarely used for gait analysis.Therefore,this paper selected the research on the impact of tennis on the normal walking gait of tennis students for exploration,and provided a reference for the future understanding of whether long-term tennis will affect the gait of tennis students.This article USES the literature material method,comparative method,mathematical statistics method and experimental test method research methods,such as sports institute in guangzhou 22 undergraduate level 2015 boys as test object,the sports education professional tennis special 11(more than 3 years of tennis training with his right hand holding clap)as the experimental group,mature physical education major of normal college students 11(no system of tennis special technological learning)as the control group,the normal walking gait of tennis special research,The basic parameters of gait,phase percentage in ground contact,walking ability,phase percentage in gait(single),plantar pressure and other aspects were compared and analyzed.The results showed that:1.From the basic parameters of gait,there were significant differences in stride time,stride length,speed and stride frequency between the two groups.In addition,the reduction of stride time and other factors in the experimental group increased,with the increase of stride length,step frequency and speed,especially in the left foot.There was no difference in swing time,standing time,single step time and step length between the two groups,but the average value had a certain range of change.2.From the aspect of phase percentage of gait at ground contact,there was no significant difference between the two groups in phase percentage at ground contact,but the average value of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.3.From the perspective of gait walking ability parameters,there were significant differences in the ground impact force and the Angle of feet off the ground between the two groups,and the ground impact force and the Angle of feet off the ground increased in the experimental group,especially in the left foot.There was no difference in the swing acceleration and swing work between the two groups,but theaverage value of the experimental group was greater than that of the control group.4.From the perspective of gait time-phase percentage(single): there was no significant difference in the eight gait time-phase percentages between the two groups.However,except that the average value of the first touchdown percentage was smaller than the control group,the average value of the other gait time phase percentage was greater than or equal to the control group.5.From the perspective of plantar pressure: there was a significant difference between the plantar pressure in the preplantar region of the left foot and the preplantar region of the right foot between the two groups of normal walking gait,and the pressure in the preplantar region of the experimental group was high;There was no difference in the foot pressure between the two groups,but the average value of the experimental group was smaller than that of the control group.Through the comparative analysis of the normal walking gait of tennis special students and ordinary college students,the final summary: long-term tennis sports have an impact on the normal walking gait of tennis special students,mainly in the basic parameters,the experimental group's stride time is reduced,stepping The increase in length,the increase in pace,and the increase in speed are particularly evident in the left foot;in the parameters of gait walking ability,the ground impact force of the experimental group increases,the angle of the foot increases from the ground,and the left foot is particularly obvious;in the parameters of the plantar pressure,the experiment The normal walking gait foot pressure increased the plantar pressure in the anterior region of the foot and the left foot was particularly obvious,and also showed that the tennis exercise had a positive influence on the body's balance ability.
