The purpose of this study was to reveal the characteristics of the gait characteristics and the changes of the foot pressure in children with autism, and to explore the differences in the parameters related to the natural walking of autistic children and normal children. In order to provide theoretical basis and data reference for clinical medicine, orthopaedic prescription, sports injury medical diagnosis and physical education. The study collected 8 autistic children aged 5~8 years old in 3special education schools in Changchun. As an experimental study, the biomechanical parameters of the gait of autistic children and normal children were collected by three-dimensional imaging and plantar pressure plate system. The results showed that:1,compared with normal children, there are great differences in gait time parameters between autistic children and normal children. At the percentage of the gait cycle, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the left and right feet of autistic children were asymmetrical in the gait cycle.2.compared with normal children’s gait, the single step length of autistic children was smaller, the step width increased obviously, the step frequency was higher, the pace was relatively low,the hip flexion angle became smaller, the abduction transition, the knee flexion angle increased, and the ankle joint toe flexion was smaller, indicating the tendency of autism children to walk on tiptoe.3.compared with normal children, the swinging range of the trunk of autistic children should be significantly increased, the foot step angle is obviously higher and the difference between the left and right feet is obvious, and the foot angle is relatively low, indicating that the body posture control ability of the autistic children is poor.4.compared with normal children, the plantar pressure curve was relatively smooth, two peak pressures were significantly lower, the peak pressure of the lateral heel and the medial heel were significantly lower than that of normal children. The peak pressure peak of T1,T2-T5 and M4 in the left toe was significantly higher, thepeak pressure in the M5 and T2-T5 region of the right foot increased obviously;the heel area impulse was higher and the front foot area was T1,T2-T5,M4 parts. The value of impulse was significantly higher than that of normal children.
