| With the rapid development of physical education in China and the further deepening of the reform of physical education for young children,the attention of educators from all walks of life to preschool education has become a hot issue.Physical activity plays a very important role in the whole life stage.Physical exercise in early childhood is the beginning of physical activity,so the physical activity class in kindergarten is an indispensable part of early childhood education.It can lay a good foundation for the development of physical activity ability in one’s life,and children’s physical activities can promote the cultivation of children’s physical exercise consciousness,skills and habits.In the training plan of early childhood education,"body" is always in the first place,so I The country has made clear guidance methods for the basic actions that need to be learned in early childhood,and has made specific guidance and suggestions in the Guide to Learning and Development of Children.In order to fully understand the achievement of action goals of urban children in DongChangfu District of Liaocheng City,600 children from 9 kindergartens selected by stratified sampling in DongChangfu District of Liaocheng City were taken as the research objects.This paper mainly uses the method of literature,mathematical statistics and measurement to carry on the research.This paper attempts to test the growth and development indexes of children selected in DongChangfu District of Liaocheng City,so as to understand the action target of urban children in DongChangfu District of Liaocheng City.The results were as follows:1)there was no significant difference between sexes in the development of children’s action goals in different ages of kindergartens in Dongchang District,Liaocheng City.2)the development of children’s ability to move goal 1 in Dongchang district of Liaocheng City showed an upward trend with the increase of age,which indicated that the balance ability,coordination and sensitivity of young children were improved.However,there are two problems,one is that the development of balance ability of boys and young children hasnot changed significantly,the other is that the balance ability and coordination of young children have gradually improved with the increase of age,and they have exceeded the national average level in large classes.It shows that kindergarten is very reasonable in the training of children’s balance ability and coordination.The sensitivity of young children increased with the increase of age,but did not reach the national level of development,indicating that kindergartens are exercising.It is also necessary to adjust the exercise content of children’s sensitivity,such as adding exercise sensitivity items and increasing the density of exercise sensitivity in class to improve the coordination of young children.3)the development of children’s ability to move goal 2 in Dongchang district of Liaocheng showed an upward trend with the increase of age,which indicated that the strength of upper limbs and lower limbs of children were improved.However,there is no obvious change in the development of upper limb strength of male and female children,and the lower limb strength of middle-class male children needs to be strengthened.4)with the increase of children’s age,the correlation index of each action target increases,the degree of mutual influence between each action increases,and the mutual promotion of the development of action target ability is gradually promoted.5)Coordination and sensitivity have a significant impact on the development of young children’s power ability,but the influence of balance ability on other related abilities is not high. |
