Research On The Function Of Primary And Middle School Motto In The Construction Of Campus Culture

School motto is a school's cultural card,which is the core and soul of ca mpus culture,and it is also a generalization and expression of a school's spirit and concise.Although motto has a few pens,but it is the image of the interpr etation of the school's concept of running schools and educational goals.Schoo l motto has important guiding significance for the growth of students,such as teaching students how to learn,how to behave,how to do things,how to live and how to do better.Therefore,the school motto has a profound impact on the construction of campus culture and plays an important role in it.This study focuses on the function of the school motto in the construction of campus culture,and through the text analysis of the first 325 national civil ized campus and the selection of a school to carry out a case study.It is foun d that school motto has become the cultural card of schools,which has a go od value-oriented role for students.However,through the study,we find that the re are still many problems in the process of formulating and implementing the school motto,such as similar content,single form,improper publicity,insuffic ient explanation,and even fictitious,which has not been well implemented and implemented,and it has seriously affected the construction of campus culture.So through summing up the positive and negative experience school mott o in the formulation and implementation of school motto.By drawing on each other,This paper probes into the functions of school motto in the constructio n of organizational culture,the construction of school management culture,the construction of school curriculum culture and the construction of school envir onment culture and so on.Finally,in order to give full play to the function of the school motto in the construction of campus culture,this study puts forward the following sugg estions: Firstly,refining the distinctive personality of the motto with the spirit of the Times as the guide and based on the school facts,;secondly,strengthening the publicity of the motto,so that the school motto has become the core of campus culture construction;thirdly,teachers should play a proactive role,the spirit of the motto throughout the teaching work;Fourthly,students in the st udy should be endogenous,carry forward and inherit the spirit of the school motto.
