As a boxing with local characteristics and national characteristics,the Dai martial arts has suffered many times in the long history of the Dai people.It has always adhered to continuous progress and development.It is a witness of the history and culture of the Dai people.It belongs to the excellent traditional culture of the nation and also to China.An important part of the excellent traditional culture of the nation not only has the functions of strengthening the body,entertainment,body and self-cultivation,but also carries the value of carrying forward the national culture and inheriting the national spirit.In order to promote the popularity of Dai martial arts in schools,the fitness value and cultural value of Dai martial arts have been better passed down and developed among young people.Combining the Dai people's martial arts with the exercise,creating aerobics with ethnic characteristics,the movement is simple and easy to learn,fitness,fun,and performance,suitable for school physical education,with the use of martial arts into the campus activities,implemented in the school-based curriculum To achieve the purpose of inheriting and carrying forward the fine traditional culture of the nation,especially to promote the traditional sports of ethnic minorities to play a leading role.Therefore,carrying out the research of this subject has important practical and theoretical value for exploring the effective path and method of traditional sports in the campus inheritance,as well as protecting and carrying forward the inheritance of Dai martial arts.By using the methods of documentary,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and experiment,this paper designs a plan for the inheritance of Dai martial arts on campus by taking girls from nine classes in the first grade of Yunnan junior high school for nationalities as the investigation objects,and conducts a four-month teaching experimental study on Dai martial arts.through the research on Dai martialarts,the main line is the implementation of school-based curriculum and the changes of students' cognition and physical quality of traditional ethnic sports before and after teaching.The experimental group and the control group were given Dai martial arts course and routine physical education teaching intervention respectively.The changes of body shape,body function index and body quality index before and after the intervention,the experimental group and the control group were tested,and the independent sample T test was carried out.The results show that:1.There are differences between the experimental group and the control group in the three dimensions of body shape,body function and physical quality.The results of body shape analysis between the experimental group and the control group were P>0.05,body weight <0.05,BMI P<0.01,and there was no difference in height,but the body weight and BMI values showed significant differences;The analysis results showed that the heart rate was P>0.05,no difference,and the vital capacity was P<0.01.There was a significant difference.After the physical fitness of the two groups was tested,the results of the students' endurance quality of 800 meters and standing long jumps were P>0.05.Difference;50-meter running,sitting body flexion test results P>0.01,the difference is obvious,and in the analysis of the four indicators of sit-ups,closed-eye standing,longitudinal splits,4*10 obstacle running,P < 0.01 with a very significant difference.This shows that the Dai martial arts exercise has more obvious effect on weight control and weight reduction,and the difference in vital capacity is very significant,which shows that the Dai martial arts exercise has a greater effect on enhancing lung function.Secondly,the Dai martial arts exercise has a greater effect on balance,flexibility,coordination,reaction time,abdominal strength and lower limb strength,and the result improvement is very obvious.2.Through the analysis of the questionnaire results of the experimental teaching of the Dai people's martial arts,the students' awareness of the martial arts,the degree of interest,the difficulty of movement and the amount of exercise,the satisfaction oflearning attitudes and skills,social adaptation and national culture education,and There are different degrees of changes in the evaluation of teachers' teaching effects.In particular,the recognition of national culture and the awareness of the sense of responsibility and mission of inheriting national culture are strengthened.3.Put forward the strategy of inheriting the school-based curriculum of the Yi martial arts school: the government attaches importance to the premise;the school leadership is the key;the curriculum reform is the foundation;the propaganda and guidance is the means;the community practice is the guarantee;the faculty is the foundation.
