Study On The Difficulties And Countermeasures Of The Cultivation Of Campus Football Teachers In Yunnan Province Under The Background Of Reform Pilot Area

Since the launch of campus football in Yunnan Province,the school football four-level league tournament system has been established and improved.The coverage is wide and the number of participating athletes is increasing day by day.The achievements are obvious to all.However,there is still a certain gap between the success rate of campus football and the strong development of campus football.This has to let us ponder,where is the root of the problem? The improvement of the rate of college football's success rate is multi-dimensional,and scientific training undoubtedly occupies a heavy weight.However,the current shortage of teachers in the province,how to improve the number of teachers,has become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper uses the methods of literature,questionnaires,interviews and other research methods to study the practical predicament and countermeasures of campus football teachers in Yunnan Province.Focusing on the predicament of the cultivation of campus football teachers in Yunnan Province under the background of Yunnan Province becoming a experimental zone for campus football reform,the development countermeasures are proposed.It provides reference and reference for the cultivation of campus football teachers in Yunnan Province and other provinces.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:1 The number of campus football teachers in Yunnan Province is still relatively lacking and cannot meet the needs of the realities.The gender ratio of male and female teachers is unbalanced.There are also phenomena of undocumented employment and other sports professional teachers leading the team.The football experience of campus football teachers is mostly from the school team.The football teaching period is short,the age tends to be younger,and most of the education is undergraduate.Most of the campus football teachers have a large workload,and their understanding of teaching and research needs to be improved.2 Yunnan Province successfully applied for 687 national characteristic schools and four pilot counties(districts)from 2015 to 2018.In recent years,YunnanProvince has intensified the training of campus football teachers.The training intensity has been greatly improved.The number of faculty training in Yunnan Province has reached nearly 5,000 in the past four years,and an average of eight teacher training courses per year.All training funds were provided by the Yunnan Provincial Department of Education,which greatly improved the quality of the campus football faculty.However,the training course has a wide range of radiation and insufficient accuracy of training objects.3 Most of the in-service teachers and college reserve teachers in Yunnan Province have strong willingness to participate in training,but there are fewer opportunities for training.There is also a lack of targeted teacher training courses for college reserve teachers.And Yunnan Province has not yet introduced a campus football network training system.From the perspective of national education organized by the education department,the training time is short and the number of people is large.The average training time is 3 to 5 days,and the number is about 150.The training results are not good.The Chinese Football Association's C,D,and E-level coaches are taught in Yunnan Province.The teaching is a combination of theory and practice.Each period is 24 people.The training cost is slightly higher,and the training period is too small.It can't meet the demand of the current teachers to participate in the training.4 There is a lack of management evaluation system for the campus football teacher learning work units in Yunnan Province.Most of the work units lack the reward mechanism,and the teacher welfare cannot be guaranteed.
